After shopping around for a better price, I came back to Michael because nobody else could beat it. These guys did great work replacing our old polybutylene pipes with PEX. Michael, David and Kenny were courteous, professional and try hard to please. The project was completed on time and I paid exactly what I was first quoted. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services both big and small. I definitely will be coming back to them for my future plumbing needs. Rude, dismissive, and now ghosting us. During the repair i would ask how things were going, how…read moreit's looking, etc, and Tony would just shrug, mumble something, and walk away. After 8 hours and $2500+, Tony could not tell us what the issue was, making us look negligent to our builder when this was a clog in an unused guest bathroom. Not personable and was not considerate of our home. Complained about having a long day and upset that our tiny dogs barked at him. Left poop marks everywhere, resulting in my gf and I spending 8 hours together cleaning up after him. When we pointed out a leak in the ceiling, he literally laughed and said yup thatll happen. Not sure what precautions he took to try and minimize that, but based on his reaction, I doubt it was much. We cannot recommend this service under any circumstances based on our experience

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending $2,500, I feel other homeowners should know…read moreabout our experience. Our plumbing issue required over 7 hours of troubleshooting and wasn't finished until around 11:30 p.m.-midnight. At that point Tony decided to call it a night and leave. I understand it was late, but the house was left covered in sewage contamination from the work. That night, my boyfriend and I were up until 3:00 a.m. cleaning sewage residue off our walls, doorknobs, carpet, floors, and other surfaces. We had specifically asked him to be careful about touching things with contaminated gloves, but he continued working without taking precautions. The next day, we spent another three hours scrubbing our bathtub because the sewage stains would not come off without continuous scrubbing. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. The original plumbing issue was never given a definitive root cause. There was no clog and no debris found. The problem simply began working after Tony accessed the attic and moved insulation around to reach the plumbing vent. Because no clear cause was identified or documented, we've had difficulty pursuing our builder warranty claim for what appears to be a construction-related issue. During the troubleshooting process, our downstairs toilet was also broken and had to be replaced. We were told the replacement toilet and labor would be covered, but since we never received an itemized quote beforehand, I have no way of knowing whether those costs were actually removed from the final bill. When we later asked whether water leaking through our ceiling during the work was normal, the response became dismissive instead of reassuring or helpful. I submitted a very reasonable, itemized request for $500 to cover the cleanup and damaged items we paid for out of pocket. I was told I would receive a response over the weekend. After following up on Monday, I still have not received any response. Mistakes happen, and I understand that plumbing work can be unpredictable. What disappointed me was the lack of cleanup, the property damage, the communication afterward, and the lack of trying to help resolve the situation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I discovered a pinhole leak in an old copper pipe on a Friday night at 8 pm. I immediately shut…read moreoff the water to the house, cut the power to the water heater (the pipe feeds the heater) and drained the heater. All that needed to be done was cut out the bad section of pipe and replace it. The heater itself was fine and did not come into play. I found Acme online and contacted them. They called back Monday, arrived at 3:09, showed me an estimate of $303.11, which I thought was extremely high for the work required but agreed to. They admitted that "most" of it was labor (and didn't give a breakdown). It was labeled TOTAL with no other information on the tablet I was asked to sign. Here's the breakdown of what I was actually charged: $283.94 Repair 39.00 "All Day" service fee 21.80 taxes $344.74 "real" total, not the other "total". Note that there is no breakdown of labor and materials on the invoice itself either. They were gone by 4:09. I was shocked to find later that they'd added their $39 "service call" in addition to over $300 for what should have been 15 minutes' work even for one person, let alone two grown men. (See pictures.) I contacted them two days ago asking if they could waive the fee, and they have not responded. Do yourselves a favor and find a plumber who charges for his/her time and materials instead of by what some "app" says.

Let me make this easy for you: if you're looking for residential heating & AC work, these guys need…read moreto be your first call. I've needed them twice in the past 3 months; once for my AC and again this week for my heat. Each time, I called and spoke to an incredibly helpful dispatch person who had a tech at my home by the end of the day. They were quick, courteous, and were there when we needed them. The only thing keeping them from going any higher is something that seems common in these types of companies. They seem to do nothing to combat my own ignorance. The bill for my heating service was $300, which included parts and labor. For me, that seems like a lot for what seemed to be a fairly innocuous problem, judging by the amount of time spent fixing it. But honestly, I don't do this every day. I truly have no idea how much parts cost for heating systems, nor do I understand how to fix them. It's the same situation with an auto repair tech. They could say my rotary gerder needed calibration, and that it costs $300 to calibrate. What do I know? The more these types of business can be upfront on cost (Why does the part cost so much? What does it do? Why does the entire piece need to be replaced?), the higher their rating will be.
