They responded the next day and when we said we were ready, scheduled us within the same week. The office lady was very courteous and even told us to download a coupon from their website for 10% off labor! The plumber showed up on time, answered all our questions and even finished the job ahead of schedule. We even had to have him install an unexpected new disposal since when he went under the sink he found it to be corroded and leaking (4th house and 4th new disposal too). What else could you want? The Service Manager, John, was our point of contact throughout the process. Before the project, he answered several of our questions and was helpful to explain some of the pieces we knew less about. He kept us up-to-date on timelines and was easy to work with. At one point in the project, there was a miscommunication that led to some concerns on our side. When we raised our concerns, the Raleigh Plumbing team was quick to take action and went above and beyond to resolve any of our concerns. Their customer service is unbelievably good and the response they gave to our concern showed how they genuinely take pride in their work and care for their customers. The person who answers the phone, Kenny, was rude throughout the process. I repeatedly told him that if any additional work was needed or if the cost was going to increase, I needed to be notified first, and I also requested before-and-after photos. Despite that, I was unexpectedly billed $450. Kenny later claimed there was "extra work because the drain was outside," even though there were no updates or approvals requested while the tech was onsite. The two photos I received showed nothing useful. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Poor communication, surprise charges, and rude customer service. I do not recommend working with this company.
