After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.

I wrote this same review on Google but I think it also belongs here:…read more I don't write reviews very often but when I do it's because a place went above and beyond expectations or they are really scraping the bottom of the barrel. In this case it's because they went above and beyond! I had my driver side exhaust manifold repaired by Master Muffler and they did an amazing job. First off they allowed me to walk back and visually see the problem with my truck and explain exactly what was wrong with it and why. There was no smoke and mirrors trying to upsell me on extra repairs. Second, They provided excellent customer service, were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix it. On top of that, they are military friendly and gave me a great discount for being an active duty member. They also were very accommodating to my schedule and made sure to get it done in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop. Five stars for Master Muffler! Oh and one last thing, they even sent me a thank you letter with some brownies in the mail for allowing them to work on my truck. They said the diagnostic would be completed that afternoon but when I called in they said it wouldn't be ready till the next day. When I finally went to pick up the car I spoke with a different guy. Super nice but it sounds like the previous guy didn't write down my problem correctly and they ended up saying I needed to replace my back sensors for a total of a 1000. I told him that I was having problems with my accelerator and he looked really confused like he hadn't been aware of it when I dropped the vehicle off. I think there might have just been poor communication on their part. I just ate $80 diagnostic fee and took it to big o tires and the solved my problem for 600 total, rotated my tires, and patched a flat for free.
