The demolition crew removed a lot more flooring than anticipated. On top of that, they charged thousands of dollars for PPE. We are talking a water issue on a condo and the amount of PPE does not seem reasonable. State Farm seems to agree, so much so that sent Preferred Choice a check for over $3,000 dollars for the mitigation portion of it but preferred choice wants more. And they want to fight. It's been a nightmare for over 6 months now and I suggest you avoid this company. Note: they also mishandled files and send me pictures and invoices from another customer, very unprofessional.
