Visited Los Cerritos Center for the first time recently with my brother while we were in the area…read moreand decided to explore what the mall had to offer. First off, this place is HUGE. And the parking lot? Even bigger. My only downside personally (as someone who relies on public transportation and walking) was getting in and out. Google Maps had me on some very questionable routes, so we ended up navigating through the massive parking lot on foot, trying to find an entrance. Leaving was a bit of an adventure too since there weren't many sidewalks, so we were basically speed-walking and dodging cars on the way out! That aside, the mall itself is impressive. Tons of great stores and plenty to check out. Our visit was a bit brief since we mainly came to grab food and were already tired from an earlier adventure, but we still had a great time overall. The food court stood out to me--it's spacious and I loved that they have kid-sized tables, which is such a cute and thoughtful touch. Also, they have my favorite: Auntie Anne's, which is basically a must for any solid mall trip. Overall, this feels like a great spot for a casual mall date or just a day of shopping and snacking. I'd definitely come back to explore more (and hopefully figure out a better route next time).

We're compared prices on a bunch of items from each of the K-pop shops at The Source and K Place is almost always is a few dollars cheaper than its competitors. Secondly, the album selection is better and you get a wide array of new releases as well as older albums from previous generations. Many of the new releases also come with preorder benefits (POBs) that is only offered at K Place. These attributes also applies to their online store as well which we also buy from when we are unable to go to the physical storefront. The store can get busy especially during weekends but the lines always go pretty fast. The customer service is nice too. A guy let me repick my POB if it ended up being the same member as another POB I picked. If you sign up for their free membership you get $5 off every $100 spent in-store and online as well so definitely sign up for that if you want additional savings. Another thing to look out for is discounts throughout the store. Some popular items that go on discount are usually older magazines and various merch that they're trying to get rid of. Once in awhile, they'll have a stack of freebies by the front entrance too (usually opened albums without photocards, posters, etc.). Once in awhile, they'll host a girl group/boy group photocard trading event too so keep up with their social media if you want to buy/sell/trade your photocard collection at one of these events. Every time I visit The Source, K Place is my first choice for any potential K-pop purchases.

They carry albums from so many different groups, including newer releases and older ones that can sometimes be hard to find. it's honestly such a fun place to look around because there's always new releases and old releases! They had also given me extra photo-cards with each album i bought!Which i found nice :) Overall, I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for K-pop albums or lightsticks! Great selection, great stock, and really good service. I'll definitely be coming back!

I was avoiding going to a store like staples because I really wanted to decide all of the tiny details one on one with someone. That's why I'm so happy I found Paper wonders. Sue is an absolute sweetheart, who really cares about the client experience. When I first found paper wonders and gave Sue a call, she asked me what I had in mind for my invitations, and I told her we were thinking about a laser cut tree that opened up to the invitation. She understood what I wanted and had different samples and ideas laid out for us the same day, during our first visit. She is also great with working within a budget and is not pushy when it comes to add ons. I was tempted at some points to add cute add ons to our invitations but I had to remind myself that this isn't a wedding. However for my baby shower and wedding invitations I'm going all out! Lol :D Once we had some ideas going we visited with Sue 2 more times, and emailed concepts and ideas back and fourth. I was very particular on the spacing, symmetry and the flow of the invitation. She captured everything I wanted and helped made our party soooooo much better with our beautiful invitations. You can tell that Sue is truly passionate with her work and her clients and I just wish there was more small businesses that worked the way she does. Thank you so much Sue and to your team too! I also loved our conversations when we would get carried away and start chatting for 45 minutes or an hour lol I'll also add that Sue has a lot of knowledge in the party planning/ wedding industry. She has a lot of good tips for decorating and she even let me rent two of her backdrops from her for our party :D Anyone who is looking for some amazing invitations please give Paper wonders a try! :) You won't regret it!

I will definitely recommend Paper Wonders to my family and friends and I will definitely be coming back for other events!

Per our discussions and our contract, we agreed that we would have our names and date on the back of the illustrations. This was really important to us so our guests could proudly display their photos without having our names on display as but they would have it for reference on the back. On the day of the wedding, after the ceremony, we noticed that our names and dates were on the front of the pictures. We spoke to them and they said there wasn't much they could do except they had blank ones they could use for the rest and could redo some of them. We were running around and couldn't spend much time trying to figure out a solution. Due to this, they couldn't complete photos for all of the guests. We ordered a contract to cover 200 guests even though we only had 160 guests to ensure full coverage and both of our parents and grandparents didn't even get a photo. Overall it was a disappointing day of service and coordination on our special day. We go to our friends' and family's places and are still sad that they either didn't have this experience and didn't get a photo, or have the ones with our names on the front and so they aren't displayed. Others have cut off the bottom portion with our names for display.

I still remember how excited I was when this location first opened. I come here whenever I'm craving a sweet, rich cake. My go-to flavors are white chocolate raspberry, red velvet, and vanilla, but honestly, every flavor I've tried has been good. Recently, I redeemed my birthday reward for a free bundt cake and chose the Chocolate Dubai flavor. It's a limited-time offering and usually costs more, so I was really surprised it was included as a birthday reward option. The cake was so good. It's their chocolate cake (which I hadn't tried before) filled with a pistachio kanafeh filling. The filling was delicious and had a nice crunch. I just wish there had been more of it because it only filled about a quarter of the cake. It was still really tasty. If you love Dubai chocolate, I'd recommend trying it before it's gone.

Later that day my sister calls to say how disappointed she was with the carrot cake. She described it as stale and extremely dry. So I gave mine a try and she was right. I actually threw the cake in the trash, that's how bad it was. Not sure what happened with that carrot cake but hopefully it doesn't happen again.

When the pain kept getting worse, I finally inspected the chair more closely and saw the gas cylinder didn't look like what should be on a genuine Knoll product. The gas cylinder clearly has a made by KGS Co., Ltd. marking on it. So I called the store to confirm whether the chair I bought was actually authentic and not Frankenstein'd, the sales person who sold me the chair, answered the phone and Instead of actually addressing my concerns, he acted like I was imagining things and insisted that it's a Knoll chair because it says so on the back. He then proceeded by saying that they don't take returns on used items as they're sold as-is, but will check with his manager. He called me a few minutes later stating that they would make an exception for me and take it back for a store credit only with a 20% restocking fee. In other words, they won't stand behind what they sold, but they will charge me to hand it back to them. I asked for the manager to call me, and - a shocker - no one ever did. Zero follow-up.
