There are too many numerous great things I can say about the owner, Moises! I called Moises…read morebusiness before I even looked at his reviews. Moises came to redo two walkways that my landscaper said he could do the pavers. I already knew while pavers make the "WOW" factor, the pavers themselves are 1/3 the cost, and the labor is about 2/3 the project. There also are some factors that play in the delay of installation that is unforeseeable like , weather, obstructions such as tree roots, water sprinklers systems, gas lines, and electric lines. Fortunately, we had none of these! I called Moises on a Wednesday, met with him the next day, called him on Friday morning, to start the job on Saturday. He gave me a two day completion installation on my walkways. His crew came in and were killing it in the over 100 degree heat. Not only did those young men finish the job in one day, they cleaned up everything like they were never there. I grew up in a family of construction and landscaping professionals, that took pride in their work and always exceeded the customer's expectations. If I did not know better, I think Moises had our DNA!!! Some of the reviews were negative, this was not my experience at all. Moises was professional, knowledgeable and a straightforward on his contracts and everything was in writing what the scope of the work is, no surprises. My brother who is a commercial landscaper and lives in Florida and told me his pricing is very reasonable compared to Florida paver experts. Moises, is my PAVER HERO, turning a stressful messed up walkway into the best part of my back yard. Hope to have him back to do my driveway soon:)

I was enthusiastic because he seemed committed and ready to do a great job on my outdoor kitchen. The plan was to create two separate areas that would house my grill, drawers, a warming drawer, cabinets and an outdoor fridge. My wife wanted the same stone used on our pool put on the outdoor kitchen so the backyard would flow. There are currently issues with the way the stone is being put on the grill. The framework was done to my satisfaction, where I'm concerned at this point is the finish work. The finish work is what we will look at everyday once they builders have moved on... It needs it to look as good as my pool finish work did. We talked to Moises about the work done and he insists the work is fine. The problem is, the company that did our pool did the brick work correctly, so we have the correct work 10 feet away to show as an example. He admitted he hasn't worked with this type of stonework before, but won't admit that his work is inferior. He even had the nerve to tell my wife "I knew you were going to be a problem when I walked in your home". After a brief conversation yesterday, he leaves my house and asks if I can make the final payment. Really? You've damaged my home, your work is sloppy, theres mortar all over my deck and you've not installed my appliances. Yet you want more money? Upon further investigation, it appears the gentlemen installing the outdoor kitchen made their tile cuts on my pool deck and now I have at least 15 slice marks where the blade cut into my pool deck. I'm furious. Also, where they used their machine, there is rust on my concrete. His guys attempted to rub the stain out with a wire brush, now there is damage where they scrubbed and you can still see the stain from the rust. I'm disappointed in not only the work, but how he handled the escalation. What makes me crazy is when my wife and I are showing him the corners on the pool which was done correctly, and all he could tell me is "it's fine, it's fine". IT'S NOT FINE, IT LOOKS HORRIBLE. I'll also post pictures of his work to show how shotty the finish work is. I'm disappointed, we had high hopes this guy would be more professional.

Bob and his team at Precision Pavers did a fantastic job on our front walkway and back patio. Even when our job was interrupted with heavy rain storms, they were able to easily manage the situation ensuring our pavers were laid perfectly. We were extremely impressed with their follow up to ensure we were happy with the work. Bob stopped by the house, inspected every aspect of the job and told us to call him anytime we had questions. Both friendly and professional; simply a pleasure to recommend their services with a 5+ rating.

On Oct 10. the owner posted a response to backtrack on their story to claim they have refunded me "immediately". I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED at all, this business is LYING. After I posted this update, the owner must have determined his false action was not good at deceiving readers of this review and changed his post again. (Screenshots added) Series of events: 1. We had them at our home 2. They provided a free cost estimate 3. We liked the estimate and discussed next steps. They informed us it's to pay $600 to get a completed design. We asked them point blank if paying for the design is going to provide us a complete/finalized design and that it does not require us to move forward with this business. They said yes we will be provided a complete and finalized design and no we will not be required to contract with this business 4. We payed $600 and entered the design phase 5. During the first review of our design we provided them with defects in the design based on the specifications provided and new requests we wanted to add. We were told we would be provided the complete and accurate designs with the defects corrected and the new requests added. 6. They provided a second design iteration which also had design defects which do not align with or meet our original requests. They had failed to incorporate the additional asks which were told would be provided 7. During the design review phase we aligned this business isn't an appropriate service partner for us to contract to build due to concerns we had with their contract regarding payment scheduling, accountability for damaging our personal property, and potential for cost increases. 8. We requested they finalized design plan which had already been paid for. 9. This business, as a result of us not choosing to pay the $10K+ non-refundable to move to the next phase, is refusing to complete the designs we have already paid for

We recently finished a two year journey that took us through discussions with no less than six…read morecontractors on a project to extend our gabled roof from our house over a portion of our patio so we could get more use out of the area. We finally decided to pull the trigger and proceed with the process right at the same time as Covid hit and at the onset of higher wood prices as well. Contractors for home improvement projects like what we wanted to do were in high demand. Ours was a small but complex project (due to several different roof lines) and we found out the pool of contractors was small. Some were upfront with us and said it was more complex than they could handle. A few of the very well known contractors around Frisco acted like they were up to the task of the project but when all said and done they didn't have the knowledge to actually build the specific design that we wanted. We went the extra step to get a structural engineer to prepare a report but unfortunately he turned out to be totally worthless and inept, his design was horrible, and he was a waste of money. He ended up being more of just a "concrete slab guy" rather than a structural engineer. We mistakenly thought we would be better prepared if we had a structural report ready for whatever contractor we picked, but we finally found a contractor that had a competent structural engineer they used that knew what they were doing - read on. Because it took so long to find a contractor we trusted, we had a lot of time to really plan out what we wanted. We were wanting to extend the gable over the patio, but had some specific preferences for the finish out. We wanted certain lighting accents, fans and electric heaters to get more use out of the covered space. We came across Beautiful Backyard Living (BBL) and after seeing the videos they had online, we gave them a call. Austin came out and worked with us during a consult where we talked about our vision and what we wanted to include. We knew it was a challenge, from a design and build out perspective, but Austin was great to work with. He took our concept and ran with it. They created a design that was structurally sound and that fit our vision perfectly. He came up with a visual rendering of the build out and took us through a couple iterations adding his ideas to ours to come up with a great plan. I was impressed with how professional BBL was and the fairness of their terms. NOTE: we even had one contractor that tried to discourage us from actually signing a contract for the work; if your contractor won't agree to the work in writing, run, don't walk away from that company! But with BBL, it was part of the process. Everything was in writing, pricing was agreed to up front, leaving nothing to chance - I really respected that. I'm not sure if our project was as involved as others, but we had carpentry, roofing, brick work, guttering, and electrical sub contractors involved. Austin, was there every step of the way making sure things got done right, corrected any issues to fit the plan, and adjusted as needed. He was working for us, and held his subs to his high standards. Suffice it to say the end product looked great. The brick addition blended in so well, and the carpentry on the covered gable, ceiling and cedar accents looked great. The patio cover extension looked like it was part of the house all along. We highly recommend working with BBL, their work is absolutely stunning!!!

When I purchased the home, I knew that I loved the layout but hated the finishings, so as soon as I closed, I immediately started looking for a contractor. Right away, I was impressed by Grant's professionalism. After a few minutes of standard pleasantries, he got right down to business. We spent about a half hour walking through each room in my home, talking through what I wanted to do. Based on the walkthrough, Grant quickly turned around a detailed bid, and we started the project shortly thereafter using the bid as our project plan. In addition to the initial walk-through, I worked with Melissa on a number of aesthetic selections. One area where Melissa played a crucial role was the layout for the master bathroom. I knew the existing layout utilized the space very poorly, but I had no idea how exactly to rearrange everything. Melissa came back with 3 options (one of which we moved forward with), and I know I would never have ended up with the design we landed on without her help. Due to my short timeframe, we started the project without drawings or precise plans (other than what was prepared for the initial bid). Tyler was incredibly adept at reacting quickly during the project, especially when last minute changes were needed. Overall, we finished within the agreed upon timeframe, and only exceeded the original budget for items I added during the project. All the subs they brought in were great, especially the painters and tile guys. When we did the final walkthrough, there were a few minor issues, but they were fixed in an expeditious manner at no extra charge.
