DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH WOOD ARTISANS…read more I called several times to the phone number 310-293-1142. The person called me a day or two later; then, I explained my project to John, who agreed to do the job. I sent him pictures, the address, and all the information he needed; HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I called again and again. Today, I asked him through a text message to confirm whether he was willing to do the job. Hours later, John sent a text message saying he had taken other jobs. I texted back when they would be able to do it, HE NEVER RESPONDED. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

They were able to do such a great job repainted the very dark stain to our color, installed hardware and soft closures on all the cabinetry. We also had the island remodel from a 2 level design to all flat one level. Their team did this as well as relocated some electrical and replaced our pendant lighting. The communication from his team was exceptional, and Adam made a schedule for the entire project, the projected completion date and the crews that would be at our house to work and on which days. He also uses What'sApp to communicate with the teams working and make sure everyone is on the message thread. One of his team leaders, Tom, was also a pleasure to work with and came and checked daily on the work being done making sure everything was being done properly. The painting teams, granite work team, installation and demo teams were all much more tidy and considerate about cleaning up after themselves as much as they could after the days work was complete. I will say, the paint smell was terrible for several weeks, but there is nothing that can be done about that but ventilate the house and keeping the windows open when possible (it was January so that was difficult) We are very happy with how the work turned out and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Allan was great to work with from beginning to end. He worked with me on everything, the timing was great, and his price was better than any of the other bids I received. It was just an easy, pleasant experience all around. My wife and I absolutely love how it turned out. Take a look at the before-and-after pictures--the first shows the temporary plywood tops we had been living with, and the second shows what a difference the new quartz made! Great work, great value, and great people to work with. We'd definitely use Innovations Touch again and highly recommend them.

They addressed any issues that came up without hesitation or surprise charges, communicated throughout the process, and didn't consider the job finished until every item on our punch list was complete. They also went above and beyond by helping us source materials, providing recommendations, creating stain samples, and making sure we were happy with every detail. I was in the market for a contactor and actually narrowed down who I was going to use however I saw the pictures online of Pepe's work and immediately had to reach out prior to him even starting on my neighbors house (his work is THAT good!!) I sent an inquiry and Pepe came out and evaluated our master bathroom and I knew immediately he was the one to do the job. Pepe has such a creative mind and will go above and beyond to make sure he provides you quality work without breaking the bank. This was my first reno so I was anxious and nervous but I knew I was in good hands. I was having a hard time narrowing down tile for our shower and Pepe helped me see the bathroom I envisioned by taking me and my husband to a showroom and seeing different tiles he had in mind for our bathroom. I was SOLD! Throughout the entire process Pepe was very responsive via text message, FaceTime and phone calls. I truly believe I have not only gained a contractor whom I want my entire house to be reno-ed by, but also a friend. Pepe takes pride in his work and will make sure to deliver results that his customers are happy with. I cannot recommend Pepe enough and the quality of his work in his pictures does not do enough justice. Thank you Pepe and team for going above and beyond and giving us the dream bathroom beyond our imagination!

The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.
