Despite this experience, I was still considering to use VIP until I got pricing from another fabricator and their bid for material was $2,500.00 less than VIP while the labor was pretty much the same and that was with bracing that costs $180.00. I understand making a profit, but that was robbery. I learned that when trying to get pricing for slabs, have the store send their pricing to as many fabricators as possible so you can get an idea of material pricing.
