Received order confirmation for $105.26 including estimated shipping. Invoice then showed 'Back order product'. Two and half months later the item shows up. Enclosed invoice for $195.29!!! Shipping went from $30 to over $98! No email, no phone call to let me know of this excessive fee increase. Item was shipped with UPS, so I checked with my UPS account and I could have it shipped for original quoted price. Contacted customer service, got the blow off. Buyer beware, looks like they are willing to increase shipping costs to increase their bottom line.

They told me the tiles would be here by Friday or Saturday I kept asking for tracking and wasn't getting a reply. Once I threatened to cancel the order (which I should have) they responded right away. The order didn't arrive until that following Tuesday. I open my order and the tiles were all off. Nothing matched. The rounded stair tiles were all the red terracotta color I wanted but all the main tiles were yellow. All decorative tiles were all different (usually these tiles match for consistency on stairs for nice clean look) and broken. Now I'm in a battle to get a refund. Such a mess!
