Thankfully we haven't experienced any delays or issues with product working with the staff at King. Sales staff communicates well and is overall really nice to work with. Well, lets just say that things aren't exactly as advertised here. Bought an aluminum gargoyle sconce, website showed that they were in stock. Received order confirmation for $105.26 including estimated shipping. Invoice then showed 'Back order product'. Two and half months later the item shows up. Enclosed invoice for $195.29!!! Shipping went from $30 to over $98! No email, no phone call to let me know of this excessive fee increase. Item was shipped with UPS, so I checked with my UPS account and I could have it shipped for original quoted price. Contacted customer service, got the blow off. Buyer beware, looks like they are willing to increase shipping costs to increase their bottom line. read more

Place has great selection of materials to choose from and services to cut load etc. are great but for years has been bad about customer service. The guys at the desk a are awful almost seems like you have to beg them for help, look like this was the case for others as well. If your not a wholesale contractor you get ignored. read more

Man have we had problems with this business, but the problem isn't with making your purchase inside (of course), the problems occur when you get to the Bays to pick up purchases. The guys working in the bay could not be more rude, this will be the last time we use your business simply because these guys have zero respect for the customers. Learn to speak to another human with a bit of respect, not sure who or what is running this joint but come on. Was not a pleasure. read more

They do what they need to do. If you need to change your staircase rods, this place has a decent selection for fair prices. Definitely try to look online beforehand for what you need. Workers were helpful. Only complaint is that the order placement and pickup areas are not placed very well. read more

Their product seems to be OK, but the company should not be in e commerce. They can not get pricing correct on their web site. Their shipping cost were no where near what they charged me. They could not even get the sales tax correct. They had to charge my credit card 3 times (with additional amounts) to get what they thought was the correct price. I received a web receipt, a packing slip and an invoice - all with different total amounts. Their customer service agents are pleasant, but have no authority to make things right. I live in NY and contacted King Architectural Metals to create a custom order of 2 hedgehogs kissing with hearts for the gate of my railing for my porch. When I emailed the company, I had the extreme pleasure of working with KP. I sent her a photo of something I liked and her designers created a proof within days. Once I approved the design and sizing, which were literally perfect right from the first attempt, it took about a week to laser cut the iron for me. I was worried that shipping out of the state would be expensive and difficult because of the weight, but it was actually very easy and affordable. My railing was installed today and I have to say that KP truly made my dream a reality! read more
