Jorge managed the upfront work understanding the scope and providing the estimate while Benjamin managed the execution. Both are exceptional at what they do. Always on-time, great communicators, and did exactly what they said they would do, which included keeping the jobsite clean throughout the process. And each one of their subcontractors were also thoughtful, qualified, and respectful of our property. Our expectations were exceeded and would look forward to working with Moisen Remodeling again.

He described the process in detail so I knew exactly what I was getting. After reviewing all 5 quotes, Frisco Fence had the best all inclusive price. Many times, the best price is not always the best service. His crew of 3 was positive, extremely hard working, knowledgeable and honest. I could not be happier with the service they provided. Any questions I texted Jim along the way were met with a phone call within an hour each time. The finished product is truly outstanding- a stained 8 ft, board on board cedar with top cap and 2 gates. I will be recommending them to any friend or family going forward who is looking into getting a new fence.

I reached out for an updated. After several unanswered emails and phone calls, Johnathon finally called to tell me they would need to requote and said they would. Then nothing again for 4 days. No clue when or if I would ever here from them again. I called and sent emails for an update. Then a week after my original request, Johnathon called me again and began yelling at me to stop calling them, he asked if I knew they were really busy (which I now knew cause he said something). He said he would get me a quote, but when I asked him for a timeline, he demanded "don't you now what is going on with the lumber industry right now?" (no, I am not in that field, how would I know unless he explained). So I said "No, I don't understand, please tell me . . " which he interrupted and said "yea, that's the problem, you don't understand, why don't I just not quote you on anything" and hung up. Regular updates seems beyond this business's capabilities. If they can't master communication during quotations, how could they be trusted to coordinate the work?
