The entire process was smooth, professional, and completed on time. A special thank you to JC, our sales representative. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood every step of the process. On top of that, he was genuinely kind, patient, and a pleasure to work with. His outstanding customer service made the experience even better. We couldn't be happier with our new fence and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional service!

We wanted a privacy shield for our trash cans and our air conditioners. We had poured concrete and wanted the fence built on top of it. Scott walked us through the process what would be better for construction and more durable. He was absolutely right with everything he suggested. I sent him an AI rendered picture of what I wanted and they built it exactly like the picture. Their team member (worker) did both projects in one day. He was so professional, quiet and was in and out with no mess. Not sure what has happened in the past or any other reviews, but my experience was outstanding. Thank you, JN fencing, Scott, and the worker you sent out!

I can't say enough good things about Brian Nelson and his crew at DFW Fence Doctor, LLC…read more I started my fence project as a DIY job, but after running into extremely hard ground and realizing I was in over my head, I decided to hire a professional to finish the work. That turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. From the very beginning, Brian was honest, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done. There were no surprises, no hidden costs, and no pressure--just complete transparency from start to finish. What impressed me the most was Brian's integrity. Instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need, he actually saved me money by recommending better ways to use the materials I had already purchased. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Brian and his crew paid attention to every detail, worked efficiently, and treated my property with respect. The finished fence exceeded my expectations, and it's obvious they take great pride in their craftsmanship. If you're looking for a fencing contractor who is honest, fair, knowledgeable, and truly cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend DFW Fence Doctor, LLC. Brian Nelson has earned my trust, and he will be the first person I call for any future fencing projects. Thank you, Brian and your crew, for turning my project into a fence I can be proud of!

Moreover, Brent was the first one to respond, and spoke to me on a weekend when no other contractor bothered to respond until the next Monday. On the very first day, Brent showed up to introduce himself to us, and I appreciated his curtesy towards me before any work even started. Our project took three days to complete. One day to set post and cure cement, one day to install frames for the fence and gate, and one day to complete the job. Daniel was there everyday (I believe Brent was there at least two days) working along his crew. They did a fantastic job, and the whole process was efficient and professional. Now I have the best looking fence in the neighborhood. Glad my wife found these guys, will definitely reach out again in the future if I need another fence/gate.
