Not only was their estimate hundreds cheaper than the other company, Rustic gave me a timeline of events leading up to and following the installation of my fence, and stuck to it without question! My initial inquiry was responded to within 48 hours of submitting a form on their website, they gave me a time (within 2 days) that they would go by and look at the fence to provide an estimate, they emailed me the estimate within a day after their visit and their terms and conditions were written in plain, clear English. They required half down and half on completion and took my credit-card without question. Once the deposit was out of the way, they gave me a work-start estimate of 10 days and actually showed up in 9 I believe. It took them a day to replace poles, install 2 stained sections of fence (including a gate) and you can hardly tell that anyone was even there. No trash or divots. Just professional installation. They warranty their fences for 7 years as well which is helpful based on the windstorms we seem to get every spring. I can't stress enough how impressed I am with this company. Everything they said they'd do, they did. No empty promises. No "I'll be out tomorrow" and never show up. No bloated estimates. These guys delivered in every way imaginable. I was nearly at the end of my rope as it took 2 prior weeks of so-called "contractors" who didn't show up, didn't return calls or simply looked at plat-diagrams to measure the fence for an estimate before I called Rustic. Any other homeowners out there needing some fencing work done, I'd definitely call Rustic first. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

After repairing too many wooden posts to count, I decided to get bids on the project. My fence measured right at 290 feet and the quotes ranged from $12k to $6500. Although Hardy Fence was not the most inexpensive option, I did receive a follow up phone call from the Aaron (sales / estimator) the next day. Out of four other companies, he was the only one to follow up with me to ask for the job. After listening to what my budget concerns were he worked with me to get the price to a point where I felt good about the decision. After agreeing on a price, Aaron came back out to the house to walk the job with me and he took notes on all of my concerns and preferences. He explained what products would be used and helped me understand the processes of completing the job. His crew started working on the fence 2 days later and they were complete within 2 days. The fence looks great! I am confident that I got a great quality fence at a very affordable price. I acheived the look and satisfied my family's needs for more privacy. We look forward to using the pool with the new fence in place. I told Aaron straight up that I had high expectations. He said I would not be disappointed and I am happy to say that he and his guys delivered. They did an awesome job cleaning up and they even hauled away some extra "stuff" that I had laying around the backyard. My neighbor hired this company to redo their fence. Note: their fence, not ours. At no point did this company ask to plug in their generator, or whatever that huge thing was, to our house. We went over and brought it to their attention that they did not have our approval to plug in to our house. They didn't seem phased or bothered. They said they had gotten the ok to plug into the house. Who gave you the ok when the home owner is standing in front of you saying you don't have permission? The next day we came home to find they had come in through our back gate and plugged in to our house AGAIN! Not only did they trespass on our property but they were stealing electricity. Such a shady, disrespectful company.
