I clipped the above from the website. This place is based on the P T Barnum business model. There's one born every minute. You are one if you go to this place. It all starts as one would expect with regard to space; the space is wonderful as are the friendliness and welcoming feel of staff. But in terms of value for money, falls short. The facial service my friend and I were booked for was the H2Glow. You don't really glow, but look fire red, feel like your skin has been sandpapered and for the next several days your skin is angry and feels very dry. If you have fine lines, they are very defined, the very thing you were hoping to improve. The finishing product they use is just oil with a silky feel, but your face doesn't look glowing or hydrated, you look like you have been on the beach on a sunny windy day, and your face looks kind of greasy.
We also had brow and lash tints. The brows on my friend lasted not even a day, and ditto the eye lash tint. It's so over priced and doesn't last a day. The esti/tech that worked on my friend left 3 gobs of tint on her forehead. My eyelashes were also un noticeable after tinting. But my eyebrows were a marvel to behold. Groucho Marx, thick black caterpillars. After 4 attempts to clean them off, I felt ok to be in public. So after both services that don't even last an hour, with tip I was robbed of $500. If you are expecting something of a facial cleaning or massage on your face, neck and decollate, you will be sorely disappointed. I got a head massage, with a ton of oil in my hair to go along with my very red, dry greasy face. It should be about the face, not head massage. My friend barely got any kind of facial massage. There is no neck or décolleté massage or treatment. Instead of looking fresh and dewy, skin is oily and red. This business is so stingy with product you have no reason to buy as the only thing other than tint is the silky oil, and it doesn't do anything. I really wanted to love this, and I feel bad writing this review as the staff was so nice. They can't be blamed for the corporate lack of protocols and training. Someone from the company reached out and indicated I could avail myself of another service. All services are short and so outrageously over priced, I just couldn't do it. Lesson learned, there is no education in the second kick of a mule. I'd be very careful having any kind of service, especially in Florida. They only require 260 hours to qualify as an Esti. Other states require 2 to 4 times more. What's sad is if you actually read about how this place treats employees and how they are paid, you will feel even more ripped off. If you want a facial with some enhancements in Florida, try the Skin Academy in Florida where they train Esti's. Prices are better and you will get a proper service. Wanted to love it, but wow, for the money spent, I'd probably have felt better being mugged by a thug, it would be more honest. read more
