Fired us all. One of my friends had had a stroke and she wouldn't even cut his hair the last time. Palmed him off on another girl. Never been treated like that by a hair stylist before - or even heard of it. Alls good though, found somebody better just up the street at half the price.

An aquaintance recommended Kelly at Studio 41 Salon, and after pouring over salon reviews, I scheduled with her. Kelly listened to me, looked over pics from happier times, and gave me exactly what I was looking for! I'm back to my light brown with dimensional honey highlights and I couldn't be happier! She's truly an artist, very professional and also just a lovely person. I'm so impressed with the salon, scheduling is handled very professionally and it's spotlessly clean- has a very nice vibe. Highly recommend Studio 41 salon and Kelly! Note: I returned the following week for a Brazilian Blowout Keratin treatment with Candice. I've been getting these for years in Maryland, and this one was the absolute BEST! Candice asked me what end result I was looking for, and tailored the application to give me some body. I left the salon with shiny, bouncy hair instead of the completely flat hair I'm used to getting, and I'm so thrilled! I'd give this salon, Kelly and Candice 10 stars if I could:)

She does exactly what I ask in coloring and a cut, (which I wasn't planning in trusting anyone anymore) however after meeting her I knew she would be able to please me. She has a sweet personality and is strictly professional. She is knowledgeable and helpful in tips ( love the tip on Velcro rollers). I could relax in the chair. even before I saw the great results. However, since the Pine Ridge location closed, this place has become a disaster. At my last appointment, I had to wait 15 minutes just to be seen. The wax was extremely hot when applied to my skin--it almost burned me--simply because they are rushing from one client to the next, trying to serve everyone at a single location now. Even after you book and confirm an appointment, they'll call to cancel--either because the person you were scheduled with has left or because they need to re-schedule your appointment, and they call the day before your appointment. And the person making the calls doesn't seem to realize that if there are no clients, she doesn't get paid; her attitude on the phone suggests she couldn't care less whether you show up or not--it makes no difference to her. Anyway, I wanted to let you know that my entire office used to go to this location, but none of us will be going back.
