I was a very loyal customer of massage heights on Airport Rd, Naples with a membership for 8 years. They closed their doors last December so I cancelled my membership. They never mentioned that any credits I had (I had many) had to be used by 90 days. The new location is not convenient for me so I was waiting for the summer to go get my massages. They have cancelled all of my credits. It's just not the right way to do business and would not recommend getting involved with them. read more

BEWARE! This vendor forces you two pay in advance to book a Groupon appointment. For a service you have already paid for, do NOT buy a Groupon here, they are not honored and you have to go through the hassle of getting a credit I use at a reputable business read more

Cinthia is a professional and talented massage therapist. The check-in/check-out staff is friendly and efficicient. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I like the ability to make appointments online and book several bookings in advance. read more

My mom had signed up for a monthly package. She recently passed away. I called to cancel her membership, but they said that it was an annual membership billed monthly, so she'd have to have a manager call me back before they could stop the monthly charge. No one did, and a couple weeks later the charge showed up on her credit card. I called again and explained she passed away, and again they said they'd have to have a manager call me back. It's been another week and no one has called me, and the charge is still there. It is already stressful enough having to go through and cancel all of my mom's accounts. This is the only place that is giving me a hard time. Credit bureaus, bank accounts, insurance - all have been very nice and helpful. Not the Massage Heights in Hammock Cove. Edit: I emailed them like they suggested below a few days ago and still never heard back. read more

Yeni gives a great massage, I would highly recommend her! I have never been disappointed at this location.

Massage by ALEX was 5 stars, everything else was 4. Male masseuse Alex was great! Really put a lot of effort into remove my back pain. He did 50 min on me and my guy and we both had good things to say about him. He made every min of the massage count. The facility is very modest, but clean. I couldn't book 2 people at the same time. Their intake questionnaire is a bit more invasive than most. I wasn't harassed into joining any memberships, but they also don't go out of their way to welcome people or offer any amenities beyond the waiting area, water and clean bathrooms. read more

Go here twice a month and it never disappoints! Staff is very professional and place is super clean!

I have the best masseuse I ever have had. The facility is clean, professional, very comfortable. You won't go wrong here.

Lizette gave me one of the BEST deep tissue massages I've ever had. The spa is beautiful - just the right amount of zen... smelled great, peaceful music, calm lighting and the newer massage table that's adjustable to accommodate 'the girls'. Wish I lived closer - this would be my go to! read more

Don't do business with this deceitful business. I bought a 2 hour gift card and used it. At the end of the massage they told my boyfriend that he owed $20?? Wtf this was a gift and apparently there price increased. Unbelievable so they charged the gift receiver the additional amount?? Just because your service price went up supposedly Even though the price is the same as I paid on their website?? You should be ashamed! You need to honor the original price. Plus your manager is horrible! I will NEVER EVER do business with you and I will make sure to tell everyone about your deceitful practices! Plus your onsite manager doesn't know how to deal with customers! read more

Don't buy the membership! Virtually impossible to cancel. They keep billing you monthly long after you've fulfilled your obligation and cancelled. Reminds me of gym memberships from the 80's. read more

We were incorrectly charged for a $69 monthly membership once we left Florida. I purchased a one time package while I was there in March and then in June and July I was charged for a monthly membership which I never agreed to. This is very concerning since they have our credit card information so our bank noticed the charges since we live out of state. I called twice today and tried to talk to the manager but I have not heard back. I was told this is something that "just happens" and because I caught it they can try to issue me a refund. Sounds like fraud to me. I'm still waiting to hear back and waiting for a refund. read more

It's been a few years since I last visited this Massage Heights and it was even better than I remembered. My therapist was Leidy P. She was thoughtful, courteous and she has wonderful technical skills. I would highly recommend Massage Heights and Leidy read more

positive= I've never had a bad massage at this location negative- the "60 minute treatments" only last 50 minutes. if you purchase an "add on" you are charged more but the treatment still lasts only 50 minutes so you walk away wondering "what exactly did I pay extra for? read more

Isladis was the BEST massage person. She is so strong and knows exactly how to help my neck and shoulder tension. The front desk woman was smart and helped make appt. easy. read more

I jut came from having a 60 minute massage with Raul. He was extemely professional & he delivered a great massage. I opted for the Lemongrass aromatherapy which relaxed me immediately. I am on vacation and booked a massage with Massage Heights. I called the day before my projected day and was scheduled with ease. I was promptly and professionally greeted. The place is very clean welcoming. My therapist was Diana. Hands down simply amazing. This was my first massage and boy did she set the bar. She worked every knot in my neck and shoulders until they were gone. I urge you to ask for her. She was very professional, kind and asked ample questions to make sure she was able to meet my needs. She was very sweet. If I ever vacation here again I'll be seeing her. Please please please ask for Diana. read more

I come to Massage Heights every week to see Inae'e and she is absolutely amazing! I had back pain every day for about 6 months, and after doing physical therapy and seeing her once a week for about a month, I am completely pain free. I still see her because I am a chronic computer sloucher and am constantly straining my neck and shoulders, but I come out of every session feeling like a new woman. Highly recommend, I will be sad to leave this place when I move in a few months! read more

I had Islada and she is great! Only problem for me not her is she books up fast (she only works Th-Sat! The facility is very clean and the staff wear masks (although the front desk person wears under her nose). read more

Update to previous review, a manager did call back to discuss my account and the problems I had trying to get review & resolution. Shop does have unpublished email for mgr/owner communication. I highly recommend Massage Heights on Thommason Road in Naples. I love the hot coals and feel so relaxed after my massage. They do a terrific job. I go every 3 weeks and the staff is so accommodating. I definitely recommend this facility. read more

My introductory massage was very good. My masseuse worked out some shoulder muscle tension and did a nice foot and scalp massage too. I will definitely sign up for one of the monthly packages. read more

I love my massage therapist, Raul. I've been going weekly for nearly a year, and he's never been anything but excellent! Just wonderful!

I would not recommend this place for anyone if you are trying to have this place take over 100$ out of your debit card. When noticed that they took it, I decided to go to the front desk and Tell them why did they took that much money out of my debit card and I didn't even came on that day ( I did not sign for any of the annual one year thing or anything, just came here once in January and and that was it) but the front desk guy would not give me a response and would've not even give me on my refund back. i'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that they have done this to read more

I had an absolutely amazing experience ! Wonderful staff and fantastic massage. I'll definitely be back !

The facility is nicely appointed and the staff friendly. I booked an hour massage for a pulled muscle in my neck as well as for knots in the scapula area. My therapist worked diligently on the scapula but did not spend much time on my neck. The massage lasted for at best 45 minutes. Very disappointing to pay for an hour and only receive 45 minutes of treatment. For this reason I probably will not be returning. L. R. 1/27/19 read more

I am a member and had locked my membership back in April due to Covid. This was my first time back. My therapist was Aramis. The front desk clerks wore masks, took my temperature and were very friendly and professional. The 60 min massage was amazing! It included hot stone and peppermint foot scrub elevations. Aramis wore a mask the entire time. I felt safe and the rooms were very clean. Highly recommend Massage Heights at Hammock Cove! read more

A massage is only as good as the masseuse's technique. With that said, the masseuse that I had didn't have good technique. Since I have gotten many massages over the years and in different countries, I can tell within the first five minutes how the rest of the massage will go. I knew in five minutes that my massage wouldn't be good simply because of my masseuse's technique. My masseuse lacked continuous strokes, wasn't thorough, and seemed rush as she probably had a back-to-back appointment after mine. If you find a good masseuse here, stick with that person. read more

I went to massage heights at Hammock cove for their first day open and I could not be more impressed! Everything was great, and my masseuse, Raul, was absolutely fantastic. Could not recommend more. read more

I booked a massage for my self and a friend on October 26, 2020. We arrived at 1:50 for a 2:00 appointment. Around 2:20 the masseuses came for us at 2:20. We just assumed they were running behind. Maxwell stopped at 2:50. I was shocked! I told her I had waited for 30 minutes for my turn. It was to be an hour massage. She bluntly said she had another appointment at 3:00 and left the room. The person at the desk (very young) had forgotten to tell Maxwell I was there. She was busy on her computer (she said) and started crying. Maxwell the masseuse is equally irresponsible for not coming out to check if I was there. She was mad at the desk clerk for not coming to get her. Either way, I was furious! I felt worse than before I got there. In hind site I should have refused to pay. I like to get a massage once or twice a month NEVER going back! There should be zero star option! read more

Had a wonderful relaxing experience today at the Hammock Cove location. Upon entering I was greeted and made to feel very comfortable by Kelly B, Camilla and Kelly, who does my facial. I didn't have to wait, Yudelkys O. was ready for me. She paid close attention to my needs and gave a great massage. My only regret was that I didn't book for a longer one. Next time will be a two hour one! Yes, she was that good! Next Kelly met me right on time for my facial. Again, a lovely relaxing experience. I enjoyed every bit of it. My skin glows. Very clean and quiet atmosphere enhanced by Lemongrass fragrance. Will be back soon! read more
