He did 50 min on me and my guy and we both had good things to say about him. He made every min of the massage count. The facility is very modest, but clean. I couldn't book 2 people at the same time. Their intake questionnaire is a bit more invasive than most. I wasn't harassed into joining any memberships, but they also don't go out of their way to welcome people or offer any amenities beyond the waiting area, water and clean bathrooms. read more

I was a very loyal customer of massage heights on Airport Rd, Naples with a membership for 8 years. They closed their doors last December so I cancelled my membership. They never mentioned that any credits I had (I had many) had to be used by 90 days. The new location is not convenient for me so I was waiting for the summer to go get my massages. They have cancelled all of my credits. It's just not the right way to do business and would not recommend getting involved with them. read more

My mom had signed up for a monthly package. She recently passed away. I called to cancel her membership, but they said that it was an annual membership billed monthly, so she'd have to have a manager call me back before they could stop the monthly charge. No one did, and a couple weeks later the charge showed up on her credit card. I called again and explained she passed away, and again they said they'd have to have a manager call me back. It's been another week and no one has called me, and the charge is still there. It is already stressful enough having to go through and cancel all of my mom's accounts. This is the only place that is giving me a hard time. Credit bureaus, bank accounts, insurance - all have been very nice and helpful. Not the Massage Heights in Hammock Cove. We were incorrectly charged for a $69 monthly membership once we left Florida. I purchased a one time package while I was there in March and then in June and July I was charged for a monthly membership which I never agreed to. This is very concerning since they have our credit card information so our bank noticed the charges since we live out of state. I called twice today and tried to talk to the manager but I have not heard back. I was told this is something that "just happens" and because I caught it they can try to issue me a refund. I come to Massage Heights every week to see Inae'e and she is absolutely amazing! I had back pain every day for about 6 months, and after doing physical therapy and seeing her once a week for about a month, I am completely pain free. I still see her because I am a chronic computer sloucher and am constantly straining my neck and shoulders, but I come out of every session feeling like a new woman. The facility is nicely appointed and the staff friendly. I booked an hour massage for a pulled muscle in my neck as well as for knots in the scapula area. My therapist worked diligently on the scapula but did not spend much time on my neck. The massage lasted for at best 45 minutes. The front desk clerks wore masks, took my temperature and were very friendly and professional. The 60 min massage was amazing! It included hot stone and peppermint foot scrub elevations. A massage is only as good as the masseuse's technique. With that said, the masseuse that I had didn't have good technique. Since I have gotten many massages over the years and in different countries, I can tell within the first five minutes how the rest of the massage will go. I knew in five minutes that my massage wouldn't be good simply because of my masseuse's technique. My masseuse lacked continuous strokes, wasn't thorough, and seemed rush as she probably had a back-to-back appointment after mine. If you find a good masseuse here, stick with that person. read more

I booked a massage for my self and a friend on October 26, 2020. We arrived at 1:50 for a 2:00 appointment. Around 2:20 the masseuses came for us at 2:20. We just assumed they were running behind. Maxwell stopped at 2:50. I was shocked! I told her I had waited for 30 minutes for my turn. It was to be an hour massage. She bluntly said she had another appointment at 3:00 and left the room. The person at the desk (very young) had forgotten to tell Maxwell I was there. She was busy on her computer (she said) and started crying. Maxwell the masseuse is equally irresponsible for not coming out to check if I was there. She was mad at the desk clerk for not coming to get her. Either way, I was furious! I didn't have to wait, Yudelkys O. was ready for me. She paid close attention to my needs and gave a great massage. My only regret was that I didn't book for a longer one.
