I didn't think I was asking for a lot when I showed them my inspiration picture... I wanted some cute fall nails and left with a hot mess. There was little to no care taken with my nails. Is it normal to remove acrylics with an unused one from the case? That seemed like a strange way of doing it... I don't know how sanitary that is either. My hands usually feel pretty good after getting my nails done, but I left with dryer hands than when I came in. Polish wasn't applied very carefully and the edges weren't cleaned after. I wasn't asked if I liked the colors as I had at other salons. I had 2 people work on my nails... the girl that painted them, missed that I wanted the glitter nail and just painted it dark. I sat under the dryer for 10-20 minutes without being checked on and was told to leave after I checked my own nails. I seriously feel like they just wanted me out of the salon. I wasn't happy with the service that I got today. Would not recommend.

I booked my appointment through their on-line system and it was beyond easy, got an email instantly and confirmed my appointment. I arrived to my appointment 10 mins early and this wasn't a problem at all. I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door and was told that Kelsey would be with me shortly. The only down side is that there is only 2 chairs in the waiting area and another customer decided she needed the other chair for her purse and coat. However I didn't need to sit down to wait because Kelsey was out to greet me. She took me back and got me set up for my pedicure. She was very professional and even when I told her that my feet are ridiculously ticklish she just smiled and said not a problem. This store is extremely clean, the staff are friendly and professional and to top it all off I got to keep the bottle of nail polish! So happy that this place is close to home so I don't have to make the trek downtown anymore. Can't wait to book another appointment with these great ladies!

I had 4 people switching around to try and fix the horrible job the second woman did and I still could not stand them. My nails are WAY to thick and I have nail polish and nail glue all over my fingers. I had Martha and at the end of my facial she recommended me some products to use and I will go back and pick them up but right now at my house I have a lot of products I want to use first before I purchase new ones especially because to buy the products at this spa are very expensive. I like this spa especially because it is a local Calgary spa. It was hard to find but it is actually in the Marriott hotel :)
