The polish they used on my toes and nails was so old that it was not applying evenly. I kept telling the tech that I wanted a different colour and that it was streaking.She kept saying "yes" and adding more layers, then rushing back to her other appointment (I had a scheduled appointment). 7 layers and 2 top coats later I just paid and left. read more

We went to this location second time for mani. First they tell you one price then when you're getting your nails done they tell you another price, not to mention they do a horrible job doing your nails. My nail polish is on the sides and there's streaks on the nails. They need to do a better job. We will not be going here again. read more

No arch or shape. My mom and I visited this spa for the first time and really enjoyed our visit. I have been to several spa's and this one is one of my favorites. It was very clean and did not have strong nail odors. The inside was beautiful. The water basins were all lined with plastic, which was changed after each person. The tools were in sterile individual packages. The color selection was great. The ladies did a great job on my hands and feet. My mom has dementia and needed some extra attention. They did a wonderful job with her. They were very kind and gentle. Thank you ladies. Been here twice since they opened and I am very satisfied. Relaxing & clean space. Friendly but not too chatty. They take their time and do a quality job, even on my toddler who came for a pedicure with me. I think they are the best nail spa in the area. Will be returning for another pedicure soon! read more

I am only giving a 1 star rating because I have to put something in order to warn potential customers. I have been to this location a few times over the past 2 years. While the service is not always the greatest, this specific time was by far the worst. I will not go back... I had an appointment today at 3:30. I booked it a few days prior. I sat there waiting for 45 min before they had me go to the pedicure section. In that time I was told twice it won't be long. I sat there soaking my feet for another 15 minutes only to hear yet again, it won't be long. I reminded the lady that my appointment was at 3:30 and all she did was turn her head. After an hour and a bit, I dried off my feet and walked out. If a person has an appointment, these salons need to respect that. My time is equally as valuable as theirs. read more

I hate to do this - because I have enjoyed going here. But I have just not been too impressed the last couple of times. I always get a shellac mani and pedi. The first bad time, the day after my service all my polish color was discoloring (I had a dark pink and it was turning almost a cloudy white/pink color). I went in and they did the polish change. AND THEY CHARGED ME. Ok. I'll give it another chance. Had the service yesterday and it almost seems like the polish was old or something and it's just all glopped on my nails. I'm showing a pic of my thumb nail. It's almost like a bubble or something, as I can kind of move it around. I'm positive I will catch something on it and it will rip open. It's on a few of my nails. A shellac mani and pedi isn't cheap! $75!! And I'm not going back to pay another $45 for them to fix their mistake. Sadly, I will have to take my business elsewhere. read more

This was my first time going here but it won't be my last. I walked in and asked for a fill and colour change. They took me in right away and I did a "cats eye" colour. She did a fantastic job and was so kind . I loved the hot towel and the lotion, it was a great experience! I highly recommend them. read more

The staff are very rushed here.. went in to get a new set of acrylics and had an appointment for 1:00.. They started to do mine and then older folks would come in wanting the exact same thing who had an appointment at 2:30 and they would leave me and go do theirs. It got annoying after being there three times so I switched to a more nicer nail place. read more

I took my elderly mother here for a pedicure. They did a lousy job and on top of it cut her feet in two places. Her foot literally was sticking to her sandal on the way out due to the blood. No apology or acknowledgement. Never go back! read more
