Wow! This place is efficient. We tried to call ahead to book pedicure appointments because it was the 3 of us on a Saturday afternoon, but the place is huge and they have lots of staff and were able to take us right away. When you first get in, they ask you to wash your hands and sign in on their tablet where there's COVID screening questions and you select the services you want followed by the nail colours you want. Masks of course are mandatory. I will only go to a nail place with massage chairs and this was no exception. Their massage chairs were covered so they could be sanitized between uses. They had a QR code that you scan so you can pick the type of service you want. Lots of variety here! I went with the signature pedicure ($42). It was a very nice experience, but my one complaint is my friend had her dead skin taken off her foot but I didn't! So my feet weren't baby soft like they usually were after a pedicure. It breaks my heart to post this review because I have provided a great number of positive reviews over the years for Bellagio Nails. With that said, I want to be transparent about my experience. In short, I have had a bi-weekly scheduled appointment on Saturday's at 10am. I have provided this business with countless positive reviews including photos of their work by Megan and revenue every two weeks for over four years. Just recently, the management staff approached my nail tech several times throughout my appointment. At the end of the appointment, Megan asked if I would move my appointment to a week night to accommodate walk-ins. I was quite upset and gave the management staff a piece of my mind. Given that my patronage has promoted their business and provided guaranteed revenue every two weeks, I am uncertain as to why my appointment needed to be moved to a time that didn't fit with my schedule to accommodate those without appointments. Although the management staff apologized for their less-than-stellar business practices, they asked again a few weeks later. Frankly, mistreating loyal customers who take the time to positively review each appointment is beyond my tolerance. As such, I have taken my business elsewhere and removed images of my nails from their yelp page since the tech is no longer there. Lynn was awesome. I went with my boyfriend for mani pedis and also asked if she could fix my nails up. They were very grown out and one had ripped off lol she was meticulous and cleaned up my shape, and the pedi she recommended was sooo relaxing. I've had my nails done monthly for the last few years. I popped into Bellagio for a fill and shellac polish when my regular salon was busy. Within 2 days my shellac polish peeled off as though it hadn't been put under the right light or under the light for long enough. I popped into my regular salon to have the shellac redone but within a few days of that, it's already chipping because the fill was so bad. In general I find this salon really noisy, busy and chaotic. read more

A friend was coming into town for a quick visit, she suggested pedicures. As it was a Sunday I used Yelp to find a nail salon close to home that would be open on Sundays. Based on other reviews I selected Bellagio. I have regular pedicures but my esthetician is not open on Sundays. After a wonderful brunch we arrived for our pedicures. We were pleased to find the salon clean and upscale in decor. After my detailed review describing my incident, the manager contacted me directly to apologize profusely. She took responsibility for not following up that day and assures me that she will review protocol with the staff - they are to report any "accidents" to the day manager and obtain assistance. I have agreed to edit this review and remove the photos. As I have a regular aesthetician I'm not sure I will return; however, I have accepted the apologies of management. read more

Prepare to be rushed and overcharged (almost 200 dollars for a full set and pedicure). I came for a full set and a pedicure and was able to get in same-day. This made sense after getting there and realizing they overbooked themselves. I have never felt so rushed. My feet were maybe in the water for 15 minutes, I paid for the full pedicure package and was not offered a glass of wine (as I watched other clients be offered one) and the tech was quick and rushed. She was doing her best, but I could tell she was under a strict time-limit. My things were being moved to the nail table while I was still sitting and I was moved to get my nails done while they put a light over my feet under the table. The friend I came with and I were sat 4 rows apart. I could still feel calluses and cracked skin that were barely touched. The nail tech for my hands didn't understand what I wanted (which I picked from the wall of colors), and seemed extremely frustrated with me and I ended up just doing what she suggested. Two people worked on me at once to be as fast as possible, and I was asked to pay with one hand on the machine while my other hand was still under the light. They did not file under my nails, they just tucked the acrylic under the nail, leaving bumps of acrylic and They practically handed my wallet to me so I could pay before my hands were even done. Thought I expected to bay maybe 90 or so for the full set and pedicure, the total came out to over $165 before tip.... I was so disappointed with this, and felt so uncomfortable, almost like the staff were angry at me for even being there. Like I was inconveniencing them with my business. This was my first time trying this place, and I won't be back. My skin in dry, my cuticle look terrible, and my feet are cracked... I am so disappointed and angry with this place. They are clearly trying to convince their clients to leave 5 star reviews with signs all over the place saying if you leave a 5-star review there will be a "surprise" for you next time you visit. If they took the time to treat the clients with respect and provide quality work, they would easily uphold their reputation. They just want as many clients in and out as possible with whatever it takes to push them out. I was seriously more stressed when I left than when I arrived. I did the "lavender eruption" pedicure for $75 (added on gel polish) -The pedicure was maybe 35 minutes all together -No pumice stone/exfoliating done on my actual feet to remove dry/dead skin -the lavender eruption pedicure comes with some packets of exfoliator/lotion and they were *extremely hot* when she applied them to my legs. I actually said "ouch" multiple times - the gel polish did not cure properly on my big toe and is rippled/lumpy For a $75 pedicure ($85 with tip actually), I would hope to have a good experience and was very disappointed. read more

Fantastic. I came here with my mum and sister for pedicures. We got the "classic" ($35) + gel, it came to $45ish. I have to say, I was really impressed. The time that was spent on my toes was impressive. It didn't feel rushed. I think this was the best pedicure I've gotten. My feet feel so soft and any callouses are now gone. They have a HUGE selection of colours, it doesn't matter what you're getting (gel, acrylic, normal, etc.), you'll find what you're looking for. We're definitely coming back. Next time I'm getting the Bellagio pedicure, that'll be a treat :) I highly recommend. read more

I've come here about a dozen times because it is easier for me to drop in than schedule in advance; in fact, the only negative is that the time I did schedule an appointment they told me I'd have to wait 20 minutes so I left, pressed for time as always. I discovered Bryan when he did my pedicure two visits ago and it was fantastic! After so many years of having mani pedi done, I didn't realize that there was a difference - and that was Bryan. Unfortunately for me he's a full time student so getting him will be a challenge. Jesse was wonderful back when I was having gel overlays. I've seen some of her spectacular nail creations and noticed how upscale the young gals were having them done. Overall, the salon is quick, clean and reasonably priced without the "sweat shop" atmosphere apparent at so many salons that seem to be in every few blocks. The front counter people are not friendly and seem more content speaking in their own language than interacting with customers arriving, leaving. It would go a lot farther if they asked questions or helped pick colors. read more

My daughter and I went for some mother daughter time. Long wait. Place was a disorganized mess. Foot bath was cold. I had to ask twice to warm it up. There were things floating in the water-not the most sanitary :( We ordered drinks. Overpriced! Drinks showed up at the END of our pedicure so we had to drink them while we were getting our manicures. Not fun trying to pick up a beverage with slippery lotion or wet nails. Spent over 3 hours to get mani pedis and gel nails. The lady working on my daughters hands cut her with the rotary tool and made her bleed. Then when my daughter pointed out a defect in her her nail the woman snapped at her! she was outright rude! We ordered water but I didn't receive one. my gal did give an excellent foot massage but that's where the praise ends. The next day while showering three of my nails have already chipped and peeled. This place use to be good. Sadly it has gone down the tubes first starting with customer service. I have had Tony manager or owner not to sure.. yell at me about appointment times. I still always went there because they do a fantastic job of my nails. This time when i had booked an appointment with the girl i always get to do my nails about halfway through tony moved her to do a different customers nails and took over. He rushed through my nails over filing three of them making them Too short compared to the other nails. When i asked him to fix it he said he would have to charge me $5 for each nail. When he made the mistake. Very upset i paid $60 for a fill and now have 3 nails that look like stumps and don't match the same length as the rest of my nails. I had been going here for over two years and most of the staff knew me by name. I suppose loyal customers when are not satisfied with results get yelled at. Star 1: I made an appointment 30 minutes before showing up and the accommodated me Star 2: location was easy to find and a minute after I got in, I was assigned an aesthician and faced with a very, very vast array of colors to chose from. Star 3: when it was time to choose the type of service I wanted, I realized that the prices were so decent, I chose a 5 star mani-pedi (that's the one with a paraffin soak) for $67. Star 4: this place is massive AND clean. I counted 24 manicure stations and 24 pedicure chairs. Star 5: for impeccable, polite service and unobnoxious background music. I'd dock half a star for the free roaming pooch that patrolled the aisles like a quality inspector but don't want to flag myself as a potential target for dog lovers everywhere. The gift certificate was purchased on December 24 2015 and the laws came in to effect in November 1 2008. I have had my nails done at Bellagio for about four years now, usually because the prices are competitive, you don't need an appointment and they usually do a decent job. Unfortunately, it can definitely be hit or miss depending on which nail tech you get. I have had amazing nails that I can't stop admiring, and nails that I left the salon wanting to rip off. Yesterday, I had a nail tech at Bellagio go so above and beyond that I had to write a review. Tina (tech #8), did such an amazing job of removing my gel set and applying shellac, that I still can't believe how good they look. If you frequently have gel nails, you know that having them removed can be the worst process ever (sometimes painful, and they never look nice after). But somehow, Tina did such a beautiful job that I will now be requesting appointments with her exclusively (I have never requested a specific tech before). I do think that Bellagio should work on the consistency of their product, but great job, Tina! read more

After my last review about my eyelash extensions, the manager at Bellagio personally reached out to me and offered for me to go in and get them fixed for free as she totally understood my frustration based on the photos, she also offered me a 20% of my next service coupon. Very very nice. Today I went in for my appointment to get my eyelashes fixed and was treated amazingly, the lash tech kept apologizing, to which I told her it was perfectly okay I wasn't mad at her and that, sometimes these things just happen. She fixed my eyelashes and explained some more in depth care tips and made sure I was happy with them before I left. Bellagio really is an amazing place and this whole experience has proved that they really do care about their customers and want to bring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Had a great experience the first time I went and the last 4 times they have cut me so bad on multiple nails while getting my acrylics. The last time specificall i had 3 different nails bleeding and the girl kept filing on the cut parts. I left the salon in a cold sweat it was so painful and she didn't even say anything about it! During the procedure I had hot wax spilt over my dress, from my girlie region all the way down to my knee and all over the chair, the girl was more concerned with the chair then my lap * I get regular manicures and pedicures (every 2-3 weeks) so very little was needed to be taken off. The girl cut my cuticles too short drawing blood on two places. *when I got waxed I was left with a lot of patchy areas behind my knee and above my knee as I had paid for a full leg wax I had hoped for you guessed it a full leg wax.... Friendly and get you in fast. A little pricey but they do open tools from sterile packages and will send them home with you so you know you are always getting sterilized tools.
