I was charged double the quoted price (with jewelry included), despite confirming in advance via phone that there would be no additional fees prior to booking the appointment and outlining the situation via notes and in person my original piercing experience with the "gun" 40 years ago. I was shocked when I was billed over $200 at the time of piercing and immediately contested the charge. The experience was time-consuming, as Keith frequently bounced between customers and those counter surfing. Even with my appointment, I was there for an hour after arriving ten minutes early. The final outcome was completely misaligned and lopsided piercings, resulting in extra, unnecessary holes in my ears that are permanent. I have photos to support this, and anyone who sees my ears, including George the piercer at Strange World (who I can't recommend enough), can attest the appalling result. I am beyond upset!

I went in for age spots under my eyes and wanted RF needling done. I didn't even think of getting laser because I thought that area would be a no no. Coral suggested Picosure laser on top of RF needling if I wanted. For my first session we did strictly RF needling and she went over my entire face taking out things I couldn't even see. She has these incredible specs with a light attached and she really gets right in there. RF needling isn't a walk in the park but she is constantly making sure I'm feeling alright. Two weeks later was my follow up and I wanted to really get those pesky age spots. I gave her the okay to touch up with the RF needle again and then go forward with Picosure. Picosure can be a bit intense but nothing horrendous or anything. A frozen stone is rolled onto the area to be treated so comfort is of utmost importance! I looked a bit hideous after the treatments but Coral made sure I was well covered up with some mineral makeup. I've recommended Keith to other friends for piercings, and have seen him my self for piercings in different locations. He is so well trained and is adamant about being on top of the latest in the industry, as well as making sure they are always extra hygenic in the shop. Unfortunately, he no longer pierces, but they have the best prices for tattoo removal that Ive seen (yes, its still an expensive procedure). Keith is very casual in manor, and easy to talk to when using the laser...he puts up with my nervous banter when Im being lasered (it hurts a LOT more than getting a tattoo) Cant wait for this sucker to be gone!
