Fresh Laser is an exceptionally well run and authentic Skin Studio. Coral the owner depth of knowledge in laser technology is apparent by the latest technology available in the studio. When I do my research before getting any treatment I find her technology is highly rated studios in NYC, Scottsdale and California. In addition to the technology available, she also ensures the highest quality product which support wellness in aging are available. Not stuff you can get a Sephora or Holts. I have been seeing Coral for many years, most recently I experience the Laser Genesis Pro procedure, I cannot believe how effective the treatment with very little down time. This is a newer treatment Coral is incorporated in her business and as always the treatment was delivered with kindness, focus on resolving my personal goals and actually going over and above my goals. Being in business strategy I am fully aware how easy it is to continue to make money of old technology as most often the consumer is not up to date on technology. This is not what happens at this studio....there is passion, kindness and great delivery of results. I finished my second session with Coral at Fresh Laser. You must first start with a consultation so they can assess your needs thoroughly and come up with a plan to treat your skin. I went in for age spots under my eyes and wanted RF needling done. I didn't even think of getting laser because I thought that area would be a no no. Coral suggested Picosure laser on top of RF needling if I wanted. For my first session we did strictly RF needling and she went over my entire face taking out things I couldn't even see. She has these incredible specs with a light attached and she really gets right in there. RF needling isn't a walk in the park but she is constantly making sure I'm feeling alright. Two weeks later was my follow up and I wanted to really get those pesky age spots. I gave her the okay to touch up with the RF needle again and then go forward with Picosure. Picosure can be a bit intense but nothing horrendous or anything. A frozen stone is rolled onto the area to be treated so comfort is of utmost importance! I looked a bit hideous after the treatments but Coral made sure I was well covered up with some mineral makeup. I'm getting laser tattoo removal on my eyebrows and have now gone for two sessions. Every single employee I have encountered at this studio is so pleasant and kind. Brittany has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease with this procedure. She is relatable, professional and so happy. Although the room for removal has a very medical clinic feel, the staff make the entire process very comfortable. I suggest anyone looking for tattoo removal consider this location. read more

Not happy with this place. They burned me 2 times. I'm never going back. So disappointing.

Life changing is all I can say! I had chin hair and as a professional it was embarrassing. Waxing and threading irritated my skin and was time consuming since I had to do it every 3 weeks. After a few laser treatments the hair was gone for good. I wish I had done this years ago. I guess better late than never! read more

This used to be a great place to get laser hair removal. Such amazing service, and a very comfortable place to get an uncomfortable procedure. But now the owner no longer does it, and it's the new junior staff that take care of hair removal. I don't think I'll be coming back. The person who did my laser very obviously didn't read my file beforehand, and it was jarring to be treated like a stranger at a place where I'd felt so welcomed before. If Fresh Laser wants to continue to get referrals, please improve the customer service aspect. I can go anywhere and pay a similar amount for the same procedure - it was the warm environment that kept me coming back. read more

I went to fresh laser for over 3 years. I thought the owner was awesome until I started to see inconsistencies in prices. The last time I went we talked about a price for laser hair removal services before doing the work. Then she went ahead and charged me full price for a service I never approved of and cost me an extra 100 dollars. I feel like she is a snake and took advantage of me. After looking around I see her prices are way overpriced and most places use the exact machines she offers. read more

As an update, I have finished and done an extra to prescribed laser hair removal treatments. I have had average results with hair reduction. I still have to shave my underarms and wax my face like once a month. But I can see the hair growth is finer and less aggressive. I don't have an qualms about what I paid for, it was a bit of a gamble anyway. But seeing that my threshold for pain is very low, I don't see the point in continuing treatments for the most painful spots for laser (face and underarms, namely). Just go in knowing that it can be a lengthier process than the prescribed 6 treatments. read more

I very recently started going to fresh laser and was honestly overwhelmed by how amazing their care was. I have had some scarring associated with lasers in the past and was very nervous about attempting anymore. I was put completely at ease when I met Coral. She was so thorough and patient with my consultation, I really appreciated everything she had to say and how conscious she was of my experience. She and Brittany were wonderful in doing a test spot for my tattoo removal. I returned today for my first hair removal session with Anastasia and thought she was wonderful. She was so professional, walked me through absolutely every step of the treatment, ensured I was comfortable and tolerating everything well. While I feel I made a big investment there today, I have felt so taken care of that I am really looking forward to returning there. They provide a truly wholistic approach to patient care which I had not expected and appreciate so much. read more

Soooo disappointed and waste of money, so I decided to write my 1st review in Yelp. Staffs seem nice, but after you paid, I can feel the difference between before and after. I had a treatment against freckles a year ago. Coral was nice, but she gave me two different prices in two appointments. After the first treatment was done, she told me to wait for a week and see the result. I went back for follow up, and obvious there is nothing improved and she knew. So she offered me for another treatment for free as I paid over $400 for nothing. Another week after in the second follow up appointment, it was another lady and she tried so hard to find the difference between two photos and told me there was one or two freckles were breaking out. I was shock..Really? $400 for one or two freckles? And she told me I will need another one or two treatments, which will cost me extra $800 then..?! No one follow up with me after. read more
