I went to Skinpossible and received Botox treatment, which worked wonders. I have no more wrinkles on my forehead, which were quite noticeable and deep from frowning and lifting my eyebrows. I still have movement of my forehead and eyebrows, I just can't make any lines anymore! I'm not frozen, nor do I look surprised. I look normal and have the ability to still move. Although I didn't like the wrinkles, the one thing I have always hated are the bags and dark circles under my eyes. No amount of sleeping or make up can get rid of them. I didn't really know that there was a way to get rid of it until the technician (Angela) advised me of dermal fillers. I got so excited I booked an appt. the next day to come back. I read some reviews about it and quite frankly, I got pretty nervous. My mom (who was getting the same treatment) went in to talk to the staff. One staff member had just had the eye filler a week prior and was able to describe everything and my mom saw the results. We kept our appt. and Angela was sure to go over everything and make sure we were comfortable with the procedure. They freeze your face first and then inject the filler and sculpt it to work with your face. It's instant results which was one of the best things I've ever done. Although it was a little tender (but why wouldn't it be?) and you have a hard 'ridge' where they place it so it plumps up your skin in that area, I have no bags anymore! And in turn, it took away 90% of the purple as well. I don't know why I thought this, but when I looked at myself the first time, all I could think of was "I look like a beautiful ballerina" - soft and glowing (which is weird because I'm not even close to being a ballerina). There have been no side effects from either treatment, except for it being tender. I didn't bruise at all and it was only red for a few hours. I have never in my life gone outside without concealer on. Now, I wear very little concealer when I go to work or out somewhere, and I even leave the house without make up on now. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is self conscious of their dark circles. For me, it's given me confidence I haven't had since I was a teenager. The only draw back is that these procedures can be pricey, and add up. But if you know what you're after and you're prepared, save up and space out your treatments. It's worth it! You don't look fake, you don't look plastic, and you feel better about yourself. If you're unsure of anything, speak to the staff, they are all very knowledgable and make sure they spend time answering all your questions. They're also fun and down to earth. Angela is my technician and she's awesome. Their clinic is beautiful, clean and has state of the art equipment. Their skin care line is the best too! I give 5 stars for the staff, the treatments, their products and the beautiful and clean clinic they run. I will absolutely go back for more. Next up: saving the money for some cool sculpting. When I started checking reviews the thing that I was looking for most of all was someone that was qualified to do the procedures and a place that I felt safe in going to. The minute I walked into Skinpossible it was obvious it was a very looked after clinic. When I did the consultation (I can't remember the name of who I met) she was very knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell procedures and then when I met their injector, Angela, she was exceptionally knowledgeable and really knew what she was talking about. I had the procedures done and the instant the filler was done there was an amazing result! The botox was good but initially I had some spocking and Angela had forewarned me that I could look like spock. I also liked that they get you to come back for a 2 week checkup. I know there are clinics that don't do that and people leave with a bad taste in their mouth about botox and fillers. My husband is actually an optometrist and he saw a lady yesterday who came in after botox was done elsewhere and she had big spock eyebrows and her lids weren't closing properly and she had very dry eyes. He asked if she had gone back to get it fixed and she had no idea this could even be done. Skinpossible told me upfront that they do a recall after two weeks and this is good. They make their patients aware that if they have questions or concerns it is okay to call. This was my first time having botox and when I called her I didn't feel stupid about asking. I sent pictures and she told me what to expect. Not having done the procedures before, even though I read a lot I'm still not fully informed. When I went back for my check-up she fixed the spocking. Their prices are competitive, they are not pushy with sales, they recommend procedures and give the different treatment options and then ultimately it was my choice. Also, I have used a lot of skincare products in my life. There are many products I have used that cost a lot of money but you don't actually see results. With the products I got at Skinpossible I actually do. I am a blotchy Irish girl and I've noticed a great improvement in the color and texture and skintone. I am very happy with the products. My daughter's wedding is coming up fast and I was getting a little panicky as I will be seeing family I haven't seen in years. I felt the years were starting to show on my face, especially my frown lines between my eyes, I tried expensive creams that said the lines would soften or disappear - nothing worked. So I headed to Skinpossible to check out what could be done to help me. Maggie was wonderful explaining the procedure using Botox to stop the frowning. I had the procedure done, with actually no pain (which I was nervous about) and couldn't believe the immediate change. 3 weeks later my forehead looks even better. While there, I told Angela I was really unhappy about my dark circles and sunken eyes (sorry ladies, it happens with age - I'm in my 60's). That's when she told us about Teosyal Redensity II and gave us information to read up on it and think about it. No pressure sales. I researched it online and was terrified from the horrible reviews on it, so I actually went back in to talk to the staff about it and my concerns. They actually showed me their results and reassured me it was all in the technicians hands and how good she was and how knowledgeable she was with the treatment. That's where Angela comes in! Once again I went back to have it done, with very little discomfort, as Angela freezes the area before the injections. My daughter also had it done right after me. The results were truly unbelievable, my bags are gone as well as my dark circles and on my return home, my husband looked at me and said "you look great, did you have your eyebrows done" LOL. I've had so many compliments on how nice I look and no one is the wiser to what I had done. The great thing - it will last up to a year or longer. It hasn't even been a week since my first appointment and I felt so strongly about sharing my experience at Skinpossible Laser and Light Solutions. I have been to a few other clinics and the difference was night and day. My consultation with Maggie was exactly what I needed. I left the clinic feeling so many emotions. I was so happy to have found a place that I already fully trust to treat my skin the way it needs; mad that I spent so much time and money at my previous clinics getting no results; and regretful that I didn't come to Skinpossible sooner!! Maggie's knowledge and professionalism really impressed me. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does. I have always been insecure about my skin, my history isn't the greatest, I have struggled most of my life and I feel I have literally tried everything and nothing was working. Until now. Maggie identified my problem right away and knew what products would help. I can say she was right because even after my first 2 uses I felt and noticed a difference. (The acne on my skin didn't hurt anymore, and was clearing up - huge plus!!) I was amazed! Now 5 days later the results are drastic. This is all just with a new skincare line, no treatments yet. I've been getting Botox and filler for years now, but recently started going to Skinpossible for my treatments. I first had my Botox done here with Thomas, who was awesome. He really took his time with me to explain everything which really made me more comfortable. In the past with other injectors at different locations, I would often feel rushed and nervous because they wouldn't take the time to fully explain everything to me. So this was a nice change! He even marked off the areas he was going to inject into with a white eye liner pencil before hand, which I've never had anyone do either. All in all he was great, and very gentle. The discomfort of the actual injections was a fraction of what I've had before which was a nice plus! At my two week follow-up after my Botox treatment I saw the other injector at the clinic, Lisa since Thomas was out of town. She topped up my Botox in a couple areas and I also decided to go ahead with some filler the same day. I did my eyes and nasal labial folds for the first time and I was so happy with my results I went back again a few weeks later for Lisa to do my lips! I have had my lips done before, which have been a work in progress since a previous injector elsewhere over filled them which caused them to become really uneven. I had to wait for almost a year for all the filler to come out, and because I had such a bad result in the past I was really nervous about doing them again. When I was having my consultation with Lisa about it though she made me feel very heard and confident in her ability to give me what I wanted. My wife was went in there for a consultation and was so distraught when she came home she ended up in tears. She was interested in anti aging treatments and hear about this place on the radio so she decided to give them a try. Her consultation was done by a lady named Linda, who robotically when through all these ridiculous,intense procedures to make her "look" better that essentially peel off your face. She said she "needed" Botox and Filler because she was aging and everyone was doing it. But then she found out that it would not even be done by a doctor, but a nurse who looks about 20,by the way. How much experience could he really have?? And later through a mutual friend she found out that the doctor that is suppose to be there overseeing the procedures, but the one they claim to have on staff is never even in the office!and lives out of town! But that's not the kicker, what got her so upset was on her way to the washroom she overheard some of the staff members making crude jokes and making fun of one of their clients. 4 or 5 staff members gossiping like school girls about some poor customer. Who was spending their hard earned dollars, which actually pays their wages if you think about it. Plus this place is more pricey than anywhere in the city. This is just bad business. Its all a spa-like nice smelling front, all the owner cares about is money, not teaching her staff how to act professionally. And to top it off how can you trust an owner who doesn't even keep a legitimate doctor on her staff. Skinpossible I think not. read more

I had the CO2 Laser Skin Resurfacing Treatment from Skinpossible and I am so thrilled with the results. People were telling me how great I looked and asked if I had gone away on a holiday just a week after my treatment. I had it done between Christmas and New Years and the staff at Skinpossible changed their schedule to accommodate mine. The staff did follow up calls for the next 3 days to check on my progress and I was also told to call if I had any questions. It was great to know that they really do care about their client's Over the years I have spent hundreds of dollars on skin products and found after using them for about 3 months I wasn't getting the same results anymore. I started using celazome skin products and after months of using them they are still doing the job. I love their products and no longer waste my money on skin products that do not work. I have been to two other reputable spas in the city and neither compare to Skinpossible! The ambiance at this spa is incredible and the customer service can't compare. I had very noticeable under eye circles and had been looking for treatment for several years. I went to Laser Rejuvenation Clinic on Southland and was horrified when the Doctor recommended thousands of dollars worth of treatment. I tried laser there and had no success. I went to Glenmore Landing Vein clinic where I was happy with the staff and my botox results but the office felt like that of a family doctor and was not relaxing. Then a friend recommended Skinpossible and I will never go anywhere else! Angela is the nurse that does the injections and she is amazing. She doesn't try to up-sell and her placement is impeccable. Her philosophy is to bring out your natural beauty; you won't come out looking like a duck here. I had under eye filler and the results were amazing. When I decided to do something to spruce up my appearance Skin Possible was the first place I went to. I didn't go ahead with anything they suggested because my plan was to visit several places to compare prices and get a feel for what is out there. I'm just turning 50 and have never done anything like this before. It is a big step for me and I have to admit I was nervous about wasting my money. I ended up going back to Skin Possible because I just felt more confident there. They made a few suggestions but the hole time I felt like they were really trying to help me. They didn't meet me in a treatment room but in a small office where they showed me a slideshow that included before and after pictures. They also sent me home with forms telling me what I would have to do before and after if I decided to do any of the treatments. The hole process was just much more thorough there. I ended up going back to Skin Possible and letting one of the doctors do botox and filler. I don't like needles but it really wasn't all that bad. I like the results and am also using some skin products they recommended. I am very happy I decided to do this and so far I am very happy I chose Skin possible. There are lots of options for laser treatments and such. And there are varying degrees of effectiveness. Having done a great deal of research, I have learned that Ultherapy (which is a new, cutting edge, FDA approved skin lifting treatment that has been featured on Dr. Oz, the View, Rachael Ray, Good Morning America and Martha Stewart) is only offered by two clinics in Alberta- and this is one of them. They also do UltraShape- which is also extreme cutting edge technology that sends focused ultrasound into your fat cells to literally explode them (at least, that is what Dr. Oz says about it) What I can say is that this clinic is run by the friendliest people- and they made me feel extremely comfortable. They took the time to help me understand exactly what the treatments are about. They discouraged me from getting treatments that I don't need and they really listened to what I had to say. I would recommend Skinpossible to anyone who is looking for this kind of treatments. I am going to go to them for laser hair removal next- because the laser they use is super high tech, gets hairs other lasers miss - and is completely painless. So on it! read more

Well where do I begin?! I'm so happy with my results after visiting Skinpossible! I went ahead and had some Botox done to get rid of the "mad lines" between my eyebrows and my crows feet are gone! I feel so much better knowing I'm not looking angry all of the time. Lol. I also had some filler put into my cheeks.....mine were starting to sink in a bit which was making me look tired. I had an appointment at Skinpossible for a botox treatment at the end of December 2013 and noticed a poster for Ulthera treatment. I remembered having seen an episode of Dr. Oz praising the procedure. I made an appointment for January 3. When I went home and told my husband about the appointment, his response was "Why would you do that? You don't need it." I told him that 2013 was the worst year of my life and I needed to somehow erase the year and if erasing a few wrinkles would help, then I would have it done. I recently went to Skinpossible because I needed someone to fix what the other clinic had done, or rather failed to do after paying for a lip augmentation.
