The only bad element of my experience was actually the bus ride home after the appointment (bus never showed up). The reception area is pleasant and there is tea, coffee and water available. Signing in was quick and easy, filling out the usual forms. I was taken back for the procedure and the room was comfortable, the chair had a lovely plush blanket on it which was super comfy and the lighting was adjusted for me so I would be comfortable. Also, before she began working, she explained the whole procedure to me, showed me the tools she would use and indicated where I might feel discomfort. Everything was clean and the whole thing was very professional. I actually enjoyed myself and several days later my neck still feels very smooth (not so much my face but I went in with a lot of issues there so I'm not surprised and supposedly you are supposed to do microdermabrasion in a series of appointments to get the best results anyways). I would consider going back.

They offer a variety of services from Sukar hair removal, airbrush taning, to physio therapy. It is a husband & wife business office combo, which to me explains the variety. I had heard that sometimes Sugaring can be less expensive than waxing, so I figured this might be a good first try. I was very pleased with the aesthetician (not sure if this is the right term) who saw me. She kept me talking throughout most of the process which kept my mind off the pain. She was very sweet and nice, as well as informative, which was great for a newbie like me. I was tight for time so I wasn't able to get a Brazilian, but I did like that she let me know what she could do in my alloted time. I found it very professional of her to be honest that she couldn't fit the service in unlike some places that would rather rush through a service to get the extra money out of you. She even got me out 5 mins earlier than expected. I would definitely go back to them again, and in fact plan on it.

PLEASE NOTE: they do not use the traditional sugar ball. they use the same method as waxing (with the strips), just sugar instead of wax. "full brazillian" at most places are considered bare, front and back. not here. here, "sphynx" is full brazillian. for extra cost too. BUT only the front. no back. i never had a full brazillian ("sphynx") without doing the back before. i apologize for tmi :/ the lady who waxed (sugared?) me was very nice and made things less akward. HOWEVER, to me, it doesnt matter how nice they are if they dont do the service i pay for properly. first of all, it was painful. yes, ripping hair out of your body is painful but this was the most pain ive ever had with hair removal for down there. secondly, there were so many little patches of hair left, i had to retouch when i got home. never again, thanks.
