And not only did she say that, but she delivered! 20 minutes later, I sat in her chair and got my face all cleaned up... Jillian was super sweet and did an excellent job doing some maintenance on my brows and cleaning up my lip. I'd go so far as saying she is meticulous in a good way. She even has this wonderful soft hand pillow that she uses so that her hand is not constantly rubbing up against your face as she works. I'd never experienced that before and I loved it. I left TBS feeling like a new woman! If I lived in Calgary, I'd likely be a loyal customer of TBS / Jillian. She must be doing something right as she's been working there for almost 10 years! I honestly had nothing to worry about! Amy listened intently to exactly what I wanted and then carefully and precisely began designing the shape of he brows but this was 100% a collaborative process. Amy checked in for my input throughout the whole designing process. The microblading did not begin until I was in love with the shape she/we designed. Before the treatment, I asked questions about the filler being used and I was reassured about it. I agreed to go ahead because I believed the information I was given. Not long after the injections, my face reacted very badly. The swelling was extreme and it didn't feel like a normal reaction. It was scary. I was stressed and genuinely worried about what had been injected into me. When I reached out for answers and support, I did not receive clear explanations. Now they are not replying to my messages at all. Being ignored after something like this makes the situation even worse. Cosmetic procedures require honesty and transparency. You are literally trusting someone with your face and your health. I walked in feeling confident and left feeling unsafe and completely let down.
