The staff provided me consultation and advised not to take the microdermabrasion due to my face skin concerns. She advised me to take a more efficient treatment when I told her my goal for my face skin. She did not promise me they would all be gone, and went into some detail about what the treatment could and could not do. Her honesty and caution were the biggest reasons I went with Skinpossible, after consulting with 3 other skin care salons whose promises seemed over the top. . However, after having received 4 out of 5 treatments, I have to say that it has been a total waste of $2000. There was a very slight improvement after the first treatment but absolutely nothing noticeable after the subsequent three. The fact that my skin is over 60 is certainly a significant factor, but I have serious doubts that even a younger person would have had good results with this treatment. If your budget doesn't matter to you, go ahead. But best to head into something like this realistically.

The cosmetic business is for people who want better look skins. They have all major modern lab machines and do Botox, fillers, IPL etc. My main complaint for the cosmetic based on a few visits of mine, is that almost each time, they make you wait at least half an hour in the scheduled time slot, poor logistics and appointment management.

She did no clinical examination on her skin on her body and just used a needle to "remove" these small lesions without examination, there were 6 small lesions ...after 4 lesions she stopped and asked her to make a new appointment for the following month!!! An old gentleman was in the same case, he explained to the secretary that he was walking very badly, that he had already spent $30 to come and another $30 for the return and that he could not come back in a month to remove a small lesion that could have been removed at the same time. No empathy from the secretary: come back in July... It's no medicine, it's business with only the cash drawer... a shame. And besides I'm not sure if this doctor has the specialty in dermatology she's MBChB and LMCC!!!!!

I went in for age spots under my eyes and wanted RF needling done. I didn't even think of getting laser because I thought that area would be a no no. Coral suggested Picosure laser on top of RF needling if I wanted. For my first session we did strictly RF needling and she went over my entire face taking out things I couldn't even see. She has these incredible specs with a light attached and she really gets right in there. RF needling isn't a walk in the park but she is constantly making sure I'm feeling alright. Two weeks later was my follow up and I wanted to really get those pesky age spots. I gave her the okay to touch up with the RF needle again and then go forward with Picosure. Picosure can be a bit intense but nothing horrendous or anything. A frozen stone is rolled onto the area to be treated so comfort is of utmost importance! I looked a bit hideous after the treatments but Coral made sure I was well covered up with some mineral makeup. I left with some great products and hoping they will continue to improve my complexion.
