A favorite silk dress that had a oil stain on it for 5+ years, just could not bring myself to throw it away after many attempts to fix it. I even forgot to mention the stain when dropping it off. When I got home from picking it up I was amazed that the stain was GONE! Wore the dress that night out to dinner....and I was convinced it was a goner. The second item, my favorite jacket that like a moron I wore to the stables and practically ruined. Michelle one of the owners called me concerned that the leather might not respond well and I figured it couldn't get much worse so go ahead. We picked them up today and promptly hung them only to find out that the drapery panels themselves have been shrunk! The lining now hangs at least 2" longer than the panels and the panels are close to 3" shorter than they were when we took them in for cleaning. I contacted the owner who stated it was not their fault as items that are cleaned do not shrink. Well I beg to differ because my drapes have been ruined and are not useable now.

This is the absolute worst place I have ever been in my entire life! The man that works there is…read moreVERY rude to his customers! I showed up at just a little past 7 am on a Friday morning (the business opens at 7 as stated on their doors). No one was there. I left and came back an hour later, he told me that my clothes would be cleaned by that evening after 5 pm. The following Monday I went to pick up my clothes. I was behind someone else that had apparently gotten back one of their new shirts with a hole in it. Instead of being courteous to the customer, the man was arguing and being extremely aggressive about the issue. When they finally left and I pulled up to the window I was informed that my clothes were at the store but not yet put on the rack. I told him I would come back after going to Kroger I went back to the store and waited behind a line of about 6 cars while a barely trained young teenager waited on the people ahead of me. When I finally pulled up to the window (again) I noticed the same aggressive man giving a statement to the police!! I was given my clothes and did NOT receive the advertised discount because I did not pre-pay for the clothes - which I did not know I was supposed to do to receive the discount. I will never use these cleaners again!
