They had trouble fixing that bad valve, but they didn't give up. They stayed until the job was done, which took several hours due to leaks in the underground pipes. At any point they could've given up and left me with an underground leak, but they took pride in their work. They did not try to charge me extra beyond what they initially quoted. When I had problems with low water pressure afterwards, they came back out and checked the main water supply. The quickly solved the problem, again, without an extra charge. These are good men of integrity, and I recommend them!

The second day they came back and poured the concrete once again they were late and really rushing to get the site ready for the pour @1pm. They did work well into the evening. Their saw broke, they hadn't cleared all the old cement out, they still needed to remove large pieces (cut) from the area. They left their mess around to include their trash, drink containers, cans, old gloves, piles of broken up concrete, boards and supplies to include tools. Their contract states they will clean up at the end of each day, never happened. Two times they promised to come back to clean up but, failed to return. My yard and driveway were a mess for one week. The neighbors even stopped to look at the mess and just shook their heads. I found three nails left behind in the driveway, that was bad enough but, sadly I missed a fourth nail and was lucky enough to find it in my car tire, flat, lots of fun. The work seems to be fine, it's just the failure to complete the job on time and following the contract. Contract also stated they would compress the ground and reinforce with wire mesh, this wasn't done.

Mario and his crew did a great job of starting our patio and was diligent at his work when present…read more However, he never finished my chimney cap and it's going on 2 yrs. after countless phone calls and stopping by his work, still not finish. He keeps saying he will finish it but never follow up. I referred him to two friends and unfortunately, he's good at getting about 98% of the work done but terrible at finishing the job. They can't seem to get a hold of Mario to come back also. I will probably have to finish the chimney cap on my fireplace myself unfortunately. Nice guy but sometimes takes on more then he can handle. If you hire him just make sure you don't pay in full unless the work is complete or you will never see Mario again.
