The man who helped me assured me they tried several times to remove a few small stains from a couple of my trousers but all of them were still there. Having worked in the business I know that almost all stains are removable. What's very upsetting here is that when I took them home and tried to remove them myself they came out quite easily. I was only bringing them here because I don't have time to wash all of my clothes by myself as I don't have all the equipment. Even though the front desk guy was nice I'm so disappointed that it seems like they simply press your clothes and that's it.

My clothing was dry cleaned with an item that resulted in lint balls on my limited edition dress. My dress is ruined and the poor excuse I was given is that is what some clothing does. I can't except that as I have other items from the same designer. Other cleaners I have used will mark the dress for special material handling. It also ruined 2 of my other items that did not cost as much however the lack of ownership is horrible. The lack of responsibility and poor customer service.
