Matthew is friendly, pays close attention to detail (he thoroughly spotted dirty spots on the dress), and service is quick (dress was ready in a week). The prices are very reasonable, especially the quality and care he put into my dress. Matthew even texted me to let me know when it was ready for pick up. Great experience all around! I've been coming back ever since and can't recommend this place enough!

I was in a bit of a hurry and didn't thoroughly check until I got home. I was pretty deflated that they didn't communicate with me that they weren't able to get them out. Honestly, who knows if they even tried. Doing some research, I see reviews about Mathew at Swiss cleaners and how great he is at getting stains out. I'll admit, I had been shying away from this place because I thought they would be pricey in comparison to all the other places. However, I did some price comparisons and they are in line with normal prices. All that being said, service is great here. I usually am able to pick up my items the next day and their hours are very working friendly (they open at 6:30AM!!). I've never had any problems here and am happy to find a new dry cleaner in the area.

You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. It's new and still very well kept.

It was middle of August and really freaking hot. They had no AC, and the place was pretty busy. I'm glad they have so many machines, and the machines vary in sizes so that you don't have to use bigger machines if you have a smaller load of laundry to do. The number of machines helped get in and out quickly. I did 6 loads of laundry in around 40 minutes. Just wish the AC was working as the 2 or 3 fans they had setup there were not doing much to keep it cool inside. You can pay with change there, or you can download the app and pay on there. I preferred that option as it was quicker and you didn't have to worry about dropping coins and chasing them. It did seem a little pricey to me, but maybe I just haven't been to a laundromat in a bit.
