I took the pants back to them to see the chemical quarter size burn on the side of the pants. I asked to speak with the owner - he called me the next day but accused me of damaging my pants. He said his notes in his file that his employee made - said there was damaged when they were received. When I told him no way because these are pants worn to the office snd are not used to clean house. When I asked why wasn't I called if they saw the damage especially since it was so profound and a chemical burn- he said it was not his policy - he was rude, and accusatory. He then said dry clean items are washed! I told him I did not want my clothing washed ! I bring them to the dry cleaners to be dry cleaned. This was the 2nd time their customer service has been unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. The 1st time was when I asked the manager about a new employee's overcharging for 4 items. She was arrogant, and rude. I thought she just had a bad day. I've done business with this cleaners for more 6 years but no more. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and their customer service and care is arrogant. I've spent a lot of money at this business on a monthly basis - but no more - if they paid for the pants -it would have been 1/12 of what I send with them annually. You've been warned. Beware !

I'll admit, I had been shying away from this place because I thought they would be pricey in comparison to all the other places. However, I did some price comparisons and they are in line with normal prices. All that being said, service is great here. I usually am able to pick up my items the next day and their hours are very working friendly (they open at 6:30AM!!). I've never had any problems here and am happy to find a new dry cleaner in the area.

I am very disappointed. I moved here recently and work with a lot of luxury clothing. I've been in…read morethe business for 12 years and haven't ever seen dry cleaners not be able to remove ANY stains from clothing. The man who helped me assured me they tried several times to remove a few small stains from a couple of my trousers but all of them were still there. Having worked in the business I know that almost all stains are removable. What's very upsetting here is that when I took them home and tried to remove them myself they came out quite easily. I was only bringing them here because I don't have time to wash all of my clothes by myself as I don't have all the equipment. Even though the front desk guy was nice I'm so disappointed that it seems like they simply press your clothes and that's it.
