Very good Dry Cleaning service. They always greet you with a smile and say thank you when you drop off and pick up. In over 2 years with them they've never lost or damaged an article of clothing. And the clothes are always ready for pick up when they say they will be. The location is good because it's in a strip mall with other stores I use so it makes it convenient for a one stop shopping trip. All in all a very reliable and good establishment. I have been customer of this business for one year. Today they damaged my sweater and they didn't want fix it or pay for that. I understand that this things can be happen but at less they should be more proactive for their customers. I feel disappointed and I won't recommend this cleaners to anybody read more

Five stars on stain removal! First shirt was ruined with pen ink stains but they did it; the shirt was good as new when I picked it up. Then, I nearly ruined my 20 year old, favorite college sweatshirt when I spilled chicken soup on it. Nothing worse then chicken grease after I tried to wash it and dried it. Ugh. At that point the stain was set in. So I took it to Plaza & they did it! Well then, I figured I would take in my favorite, irreplaceable 49er t-shirt. And wouldn't you know it? Yup- they did it again :) This place is pricey though; costs me $5 bucks a piece every time...I should wear a bib at this point right? But some things are priceless & they did put muscle in it & made them as good as new so that makes them good at what they do. Tip: they want a $10 minimum to use your credit card-bring cash! My total came to $9.40! She pointed to the sign on the register. Yikes- I was 60 cents under! And I didn't want to dodge cars in the parking lot to grab my hard earned cash. So I asked if they sold gum? She begrudgingly took my card and I high tailed it out as the line was forming behind me. I know the lady/owner? is not warm and fuzzy and no, she probably doesn't like her job but at least they work hard and when I say hello, she's nice to me. Maybe its customers that need to give her a break. Try it and see what happens. read more

Aweful service, indifferent to customer needs . . Avoid this place like the plague. They destroy your clothes, then shrug, and show you the fine print on the back of their receipt!! Terrible customer Service. Took my favorite dress in and one week later when I picked up the other clothes I was told the dress wasn't cleaned because the dress had a tear. I know the dress did not have a tear when I took the dress in. I knew it was worthless to argue, my dress was torn and I was told there was no way to fix it. I will fix it myself If the dress was torn when it came in it would serve them to have made a phone call right then, not wait a week later and tell me when I came in to pick up the cleaning.
