This means you have to bring cash-they don't take credit cards-and you load your cash onto a plastic card in order to use the machine. (The machines don't take quarters) The other day I popped in and needed to do a wash only which was $3.75. I gave the attendant $3.75 and she said I can only load dollar bills and it doesn't give change...so if I only needed $3.75 I have to load either $4 or more in order to get the machine started? This seems a bit complicated just to do a load of laundry. I think I'll go up the street where they take quarters.

I called them on July 2, 2025 to inquire about getting a quote to clean some sheer curtains. The lady who answered their phone told me that she was very busy and did not have time to talk with me. She then said bye-bye and hung up the phone. I would never step foot in a company that would not take the time to talk to its potential customer.

When I see people posting elsewhere that it is "horrible" and "never again," I wonder if they're competitors driving down the star rating for this place. It's BS. This place is awesome. And might I had I'm extremely picky.... I am a small business owner as well and so I expect good service from other small business owners and will tell them if they're making a mistake!
