But now, more than two weeks have passed and they have not refunded me. They are in possession of the car and have it advertised for sale again, but have not refunded me. Now I have reported them to the DMV but the DMV has taken no actions. So I have hired an attorney and have reported them to the police department for fraud. Do not even think about doing business with these guys.

I bought a car from them on March 1st…read more March 31st I called them twice to find out when will I receive my title and license plates from the DMV? April 3rd they called me back. Explained that the person handling the DMV is or had been out. I would get a call once I could drive over and pick up the plates (130 miles round trip for me), or if I would pay them $12 for postage, they would mail me the title and plates. Today May 4th, I left 2 more voice mails. I called a 3rd time and they immediately bounced me to the business owner's voice mail. I have never seen a dealership unwilling or delaying the DMV paperwork as much as these guys do. Luckily there have been no issues with the vehicle. But I had planned to take a loan out on the car, and that has been delayed now.

After the test drive, the check engine light came on. turned out to be a bad catalytic converter. they replaced it at no charge. I still bought the van after another test drive. I purchased the van with about 103k miles. A week after purchase, the van threw a check engine light and some timing codes, which they declined to take care of. Fortunately, an oil change by my mechanic fixed those codes. A couple weeks ago, at about 120k miles, the van broke down on me. I had it towed. my mechanic checked it out, and the engine was would need to be replaced. I decided to have the engine replaced with a new one, and while my mechanic was removing the old engine, he discovered that the engine that died was a used engine from 2012. I was lucky to have gotten a couple good years of use before it ultimately bit the dust, but these sorts of things mean I will never go back to this dealer, or recommend anyone do so. I get it, it's a used car dealership, and there's only so much you can do to vet them, so take this as your warning, DO NOT BUY HERE.
