This thief tried to steal it in 2012 after not paying for it. According to DMV, each deal should be an unwind and the car should be given back to me. Walked into this deal ship with the car and loan approved by my credit union. All I wanted was for some sales person ready to take my money and give me a car to drive off the lot. I was greeted with a grumpy man seemingly to be annoyed at life, and when I told him I had my own loan and 0 money down he scoffed at me. He insisted on running my credit for a back up which is understandable but he didn't even try to reach out to my loan provider. First things first; I barely write any reviews, but when I do, it's either a really good experience or a bad one. Unfortunately it was the latter. Came in to their location as there was a specific car that I was pretty much gonna buy the same day. All i'm looking for was a nice person to somewhat work with me when it comes to the actual price. First thing that I noticed was a guy barely coming in to work and asked me what I want. By the way, the salespersons name is PATRICK. Told him 'this car' and immediately just gave me the keys for test drive. We finally got to talk and as you would already know, nobody wants to walk out the door with msrp plus fees and taxes out the door, so I came with a number that is more than reasonable for him. Responded (Rudely) and basically said no, as if my offer was insulting. I asked him then if he can at least somewhat work with the current price, and responded again, this time in a condescending manner. He basically said "bye bye" straight to my face to push me away. It was so disrespectful I immediately left the place. now take note that I'm still finding a way to be fair with my words as I am writing this review, but trust me, if you were in my position at the time, the way he talks will probably disgust and insult you too. How can you not make the a simple sale? I was already sold, and he didn't need to actually 'sell' me the car. Also, its not like I was lowballing the price. I was dead serious about getting the car but the way he talked down on me was more than enough to not make the transaction. I also understand you want a big paycheck/ commission, as I'm also a salesperson myself, but you are just downright greedy. The store just lost a sale and it's all because of him. He has absolutely no place in the car business as he has no people skills, rude, disrespectful and talks down to people. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. To the manager/supervisor that runs this place, you guys will CONTINUE to lose business if you continue with this mentality. Make sure to check out how your sales people talk to your customers. I went to Premier Motors to test drive a Subaru wrx sti. I've been eyeing this car for a while but have yet to drive one so I scheduled a test drive. I was helped by their salesman, Alan and he was very quick to ask me how I plan on purchasing the vehicle. I told him that I wanted to get a feel of the vehicle and I'll be ready to buy soon but not today. He immediately told me to turn around right after we left the driveway. He was extremely rude and stern with me about not letting me drive the car and left me with a terrible experience with them. Super mixed experience. I drove far (an hour) to come and test drive an S5 that caught my eye. I came, I found it, I liked it... and... it was parked in by a Mercedes wagon that boxed it in, in their garage. And their lot attendant had the keys on him. And he was at lunch. I was offered to come back in an hour to test-drive it... which wasn't a great option, as I would then be looking at this little pit stop to check the car out into a half-day investment. I suggested that they move the Corvette to the right of it, allowing us to five-point turn the car to get it out. The salesman (manager?) agreed. Except the Corvette had a dead battery. Guess who had access to the jumper cables? The lot attendant who was at lunch. So I sat. And waited. For almost an hour. They sent me on a test-drive alone, which was a mixed blessing. It's nice to not be supervised on a drive (I was gentle with it, but, you know, it still feels like the Hawthorne Effect in action). But I also had questions that got nobody cared to answer. I liked the car, but they were once again busy when I returned and not exactly clamoring to talk to me... so I just went home. Between the boxed-in car, the missing keys, the dead Corvette, the inaccessible jumper cables, the MIA lot attendant, and the nonchalance about my sitting around killing time while I waited for them to get their act together... I was lucky to find a fairly uniquely optioned and low mileage car of the specific model I was searching for here. It's sort of one-of-a-kind which is what brought me to Premier after searching lots of inventories around the bay area. I was elsewhere seeing mostly mediocre options for trim levels and paint colors offered for the same model. Needless to say, after deliberation I traded in my once beloved sports sedan and left in a shiny muscle car. Out of paranoia I had the car inspected at a local dealer but it got a clean bill of health to my relief. I had a couple snafus on my paperwork that I noticed after a few days of buying the car. When I let my salesman know, he had the office manager fix everything with a quick turnaround. I went to go check out a car and they wanted to run my credit as soon as I walked in and wanted to know how much I was going to put down. I haven't even taken a look at the car well I just glanced and they instantly asked. The workers are very rude and if you aren't worth there time they basically kick you out. I was in a room talking about the car with my family and they kept asking if I was done and they got mad and just said we need the room for more customers and they had 4 different rooms. I contacted the dealership after multiple transfers from their employee's and got a hold of a finance manager. Long story short he basically told me that should of checked everything in which i agree but at the end of the day thats fraud on your end to tell the banks i traded in my alternate vehicle. Several days later i brought back the p.o.s. BMW and received my whole down payment and my two payments i made. Oh and not to mention they supposedly fired the finance manger who did my deal People look at the reviews prior to doing business here. They have more 1 stars than 5's. I'm so not happy with this place. I found a Lexus I was interested in on Craigslist which had it listed at this dealership. I found the car online past business hours so I filled out an application online. I hadn't heard from them for two days so my husband called and left a message. They called back on the third day at 1 pm. By 6 pm they hadn't called back so we called them. ZIA is the name of the guy, "helping us." When we called he was unprofessional and seemed surprised we were calling. His response when my husband said who he was is, "what's up?" in a rude tone. Day 4 and we're still waiting to here back after Zia "talks to his people at the bank." Whatever, I'm over it and will take my business elsewhere. The car was overpriced and I knew that, but I was willing to deal with it since are credit scores are moderate. I won't even call this place anymore. I don't like feeling like I'm not important. Bought a car from this place. Car looked very clean but afte the purchase it became quickly evident that it was a polished turd. Missing front fender liners bad brakes that were glazed and eventually needed a full pad and rotor swap, bad front wheel bearings and all four rims dented. I replaced all these things within the first few months of ownership. They gave me some money to cover the cost of these items back but it definitely didnt cover everything and the time, headaches and annoyances I had having to prove and show the issues to them. It was a true pain the ass. They're lucky I'm a mechanic because otherwise id be out thousands by now. The people doing the appraisals and or inspections of the cars here missed a lot of things like another review mentioned. Everyone was friendly and polite, but I dont think I'd buy a car from here again. Lied to me when I called. They told me a BMW they posted on Autotrader was available to see. I drove 1/2 hour in the rain to see it. When I arrived they walked me through their inventory and couldn't show me the car. They had me wait while they looked for the care elsewhere. Eventually a sales guy told me the car was loaned to a customer and unavailable. No apology. Just mislead me. I came to Premiere Motors in February and bought a 2008 Shelby. It was very low on miles and the car seemed almost new. Everything was "perfect." It had an after market intake which didn't make the car smog legal but i thought it would be an easy fix, so I still decided to purchase the car. Couple weeks went by and I noticed some emission sensors were turned off. So, I called premier motors and they were glad to take it in and have a look. They tried to fix it themselves at their own service center. After a couple tries they weren't about to figure out the problem so they decided to take it to Ford. They gave me 2 loaner cars which I had to constantly buy stirring fluid for one of them. My car ended up staying there for 2 months. I had very little to no information about my car throughout the whole time it was there. I would call premier motors but they wouldn't pick up or when they would, they were very rude and hang up while i was talking. I constantly had to go back and forth to Premier motors. I live in San José which was very difficult and annoying. And they still "didn't have" information about my car. Eventually they found out that the cars ECU was corrupted and had no fix. So we tried to look for an alternative but there was still no fix. After realizing i've been paying for a car that I haven't used for almost 3 months. I spoke to Collette (the office manager) and came to an agreement that they gave me all my money back. The main manger was not happy. He would make rude comments and say "I can sell the car for more". Basically laugh in my face. On the day I had to pick up my personal belongings and car parts I bought with my own money. Maurice called me to tell me my stuff was ready. But once I got there it wasn't. The car was in the back, untouched, and in between multiple cars. I was given the keys by maurice to take out my stuff on my own. and he tells me he will need the OEM exhaust to give me the one I bought. But I had it with me and he still didn't want to give me my exhaust back. I was very annoyed at the fact that he had said everything will be ready on time but he didn't. During my visit there he was giving me a hard time and was very rude. I was about to leave and the manager approached my car window in a hostile manner and asked what I was doing there? I explained why I was there and he said "everything on the car is mine.. you can't take anything." He was questioning if I had the right parts for the car. Even though I said yes he started yelling at me which caused us to start an argument in front of his staff. After all the yelling he decided he would give me my stuff. The following week I went back and Maurice helped me out, but he had an attitude and smart aleck remarks. I advise people to be very careful when looking into their cars. People aren't very kind. When trying to negotiate a used car the sales rep was disrespectful, and made false promises (such as dealership wouldn't charge unnecessary fees, yet they did). Additionally, the dealership set the car's oil life to 100% WITHOUT actually changing the oil... who does this? This was later confirmed by the actual Cadillac dealership.
