I will start by saying we were two minutes late however from the moment we walked in we were rushed along. The place has great loud music that made it difficult to hear. Our host quickly talked us through everything but it was so fast and not loud enough I asked for him to repeat it but the race immediately started and I didn't even know what I was doing. When the race was over w didn't understand how the next one started so I had to get up again to find someone and by the time I came back the race had started. This went on and on and each time I had to get up and ask for help to assist with one technical issue after another. All without me having to touch a single button. Eventually we got our three races complete and while fun not worth the money and certainly not worth the bad customer service experience. Decor is insanely gorgeous from the track lighting to the sleek bar. Every detail is to perfection. Didn't try food or drink because after the races I was ready to leave. Glad I tried it once but I won't be back and won't be recommending. read more

Celebrated a friends birthday here and we had a great experience. I'm not a F1 fan but I do love cars and racing games. The majority of the employees here were super nice. Many of them offered help and asked if we had any questions. The place is pretty unique to the area...kind of like an adult version of a giant Mario kart arcade, with food and drinks. I think this would be a great venue for things like corporate events and family parties. Racing is tougher than it looks, but after a few races under your belt, you should get the hang of it. read more

Recently came for a large group booking. The place looks and feels amazing. I ended up early to our reservation and spent time at the bar before my group arrived. The bar staff were super friendly but were slow on drink orders and delivery. This was a consistent theme throughout the night. Staff were incredibly friendly but we would wait 20-30 minutes after ordering a drink and it being delivered. We saw multiple staff on personal phone calls or chatting with each other at their service station. We had to interrupt them to ask to put in more drinks. The food was better than I expected but the steps of service should be reviewed with staff and they should dedicate more bartenders to the serving well to pump drinks out. All in all it was a fun night, likely will return but wishing they can improve their wait times. read more

Don't really have tooo much to say, my friend took me here thinking it would be fun. She didn't realize that you had to reserve the driving games before hand . Okay, I get that, however there were about 20 empty ones, when we asked to use them we were told they were reserved ... however we sat there for hours and never saw them used. Seems like it would make sense to let ppl use them until the reservation time. So if there's a reservation at 8, but it's 630, we should at least be able to use it for 30-an hour? My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at F1 Arcade. The space is so modern and spacious! The lighting is perfection and makes for an elegant yet mysterious vibe. The gaming areas are nice and clean. We were in a pretty secluded area so it went well with our post Valentine's Day date. The service was good! After the game, which the server explained well, we went to the bar. Amazing experience here!!! It was such a fun experience. I never would have thought I could have such a fun night out in DC with friends. Heather, the manager on duty, was so helpful with the app and downloading everything our party needed to get going. Took my nephew here to celebrate his bday. Children are allowed in until 7pm. It's a really nice place with several simulators. Racing was a lot of fun and the instructor was really helpful and friendly. Everything was great until we decided to sit and eat. It was self seating so it took a while for our waitress to come. The food options were pretty basic for bar food. I just got truffle fries which were pretty good. My nephew got the classic burger and said it was good. However our waitress took our order and never checked on us again. I asked her for water and never received it. Literally had nothing to drink that entire time. It was okay, we came for the first time on a Sunday. A very seamless check in, and we had reservation. From the time we walked in the door we felt like we had concierge service. Staff is really friendly and super educated about how to play and what to do with the whole process. The gaming was fun for realistic, especially with the marathon races back to back, and It is probably best create your profile online before you arrive. They have plenty of racing sections and way watch areas. We only had drinks because it was a very, very short experience. They rushed us and kicked us out, even with a reservation after 30min from our arrival ... after our drive time there was a watch scheduled with the f1 celebrities... this is all well and good, but couldn't they just bring them in on the back entrance and leave customers with reservations time to enjoy our full experience? Finally made it to F1 with some friends. The place is very beautiful and has high energy buzzing thru the building. We were greeted upon entry and we went to the bar. The bartenders were all attentive and suggested some drinks to try. The drinks were all dope !! Delicious and made you forget they are $20 a pop lol. I had the birria tacos and surprisingly the were awesome. The racing was fun we did the three race package. I was surprised how tough the driving is in the simulator. Once the race started the competitiveness comes out and it's go time. I highly recommend checking them out. One of the managers Heather stopped by to check if we were having fun , probably heard all the trash talking we were doing. She gave us some tips and recommended so that drinks to try (those were all on point thanks Heather). We visited F1 over the weekend and had a blast. The atmosphere was fun, lively and vibrant, with lots of light and great decor. It was clean, but I would definitely suggest adding some sanitizing stations given the fact that people are touching all the same machines right after another party. The food was pretty good. I didn't love the chicken sandwich but the burger and fries were really good. We loved the simulators. This is a great idea for a date night or just hanging out with friends. Check-in was really easy but I would definitely suggest making a reservation. The only negative I have is about the staff. They definitely did not seem happy or friendly and in this kind of establishment, that's a must. Overall, we had a great time and plan to visit again. read more

F1 does a terrible job at scheduling. I placed a reservation online for 4pm for two people. I came in 15 minutes before like they said, and they told me my reservation was for 4:15. If you're torn between going to this location or Boston's F1 arcade, GO TO BOSTON! We were told to arrive early and when we did, we were promptly shooed out of line in favor of ordering drinks. So we did, but we did not get our order until an hour and half later. We tracked our waiter down three times to inquire about our order, and nothing. We spent more time asking where our drinks were than enjoying them. Also, opt out of the prosecco reception. You have to ask for it, and they'll give it to you 3/5 of the way through your time. Had a wonderful time at F1 arcade and overall really enjoyed everything it had to offer. We started with cocktails while waiting to be seated. Once it was our turn to be seated, we couldn't wait to get started. We had to set up our accounts and scan a couple of QR codes to get started..(make sure you don't sit down until you see your name on the screen). We did 5 races all in one sitting(you get about 2 minutes between the start of each race so). It was a lot of fun seeing what team you were racing with and racing the different race tracks.. also pit maneuvering was a lot of fun (sorry Lewis Hamilton lol). After our races we decided to get a couple of the menu items F1 arcade had to offer. Everything was pretty tasty and came quick, I wasn't the biggest fan of the beer cheese that came with the pretzels but overall the rest of the food was tasty. The service was not the best as we had to keep asking for utensils and napkins and weren't provided as soon as we sat down but there was definitely a lot of staff members around each table to be able to assist. Got in at 5:30, was told we could race at 8:00. Waited and paid for drinks. Multiple cars were not even being used this entire time. When our turn came up, all the sudden we had no reservation. We had to now wait till 9:30. Manager and all staff did not care or accommodate at all still l charged us for everything. Took another 30 mins to get a refund with barely an apology, like it was our fault for inconveniencing them. Do not go here. I felt it was purely due to racism. This staff is terrible and you will not have a good time. Avoid at all costs. read more

I'm an F1 fan and had been meaning to visit this place for a few months. Went to celebrate a birthday on a Saturday night. It was fun, but there is a lot of room for improvement with the service. There was a clear security presence - no complaints there. The games themselves are really cool - definitely play around with the different views (zooming out may help you control your car better). Only issue is the volume could be a bit louder (there are speakers at ear level). Clear differences b/w the different levels. Major complaint is service. We waited at least 30 - 45 minutes for drinks, even after asking the staff (at least 1-2x) about their status. We finally got our drinks, but we had pretty much finished racing by that time. Sorry, but that's just not acceptable. Either the place is pretty disorganized (or at least they were that night) or short-staffed. Overall venue design / vibe was pretty cool, but given that it's not real easy to get to, I don't feel like I have to go back anytime soon. read more
