I drove to their other location, it had a sign on the fence they had moved with the new address. Headed over there, one car was in the bay getting worked on. The owner came and checked the vehicle sensor and told me it would be a few minutes. It was the opening day at the new location. She offered the lobby to sit in and let me know they were still working on the inside. My car was taken into the bay, tested and ready to go in 15ish minutes. Nice space at the new location. Clean lobby, still finishing up the decorating. Owner also gave me a flyer with a coupon for a discount. I paid $49 and change to smog our 2018 Chevy Equinox. I will continue to take my vehicles for quick, easy, friendly service. Thank you!

I appreciate that this business does give Dmv the notice for pass. All I had to do was go the following day to one of those kiosk that have DMV and got my registration right away. Also they do get busy so I recommend going there first thing in the morning I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Also go on their website to get a $10 discount that helps.

The gentleman we dealt with was short and somewhat flippant when explaining why the smog could not be completed due to an issue with the catalytic converter. A bit more time and willingness to explain the issue clearly would have gone a long way, rather than assuming the customer should already understand technical details. Because the issue was related to emissions, we asked about the type of repair work that might be needed to address the problem and potentially allow the vehicle to pass smog. We were prepared to move forward, but the response felt dismissive, as though our questions or business were not of interest. The price for the smog itself was reasonable, but the lack of clear communication and the overall tone left us with the impression that we were an inconvenience rather than customers looking for help. Ultimately, that confirmed we won't be back.
