I requested a quote online over the weekend and received a call Monday morning. John set me up with an appointment and ordered the windshield then and there. What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!

She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. I called Magic Windshields because they were close to my work. Magic Windshields opened early so I called them right when they opened. I spoke with Gracie who was very helpful and checked with the installers and manager to make sure they could get my windshield replaced before I left work. I needed to leave work by 2pm at the latest and she made sure it would happen. I was also informed the company was also a recommended shop by my insurance, so that was a nice bonus. Gracie told me they could get it done and come to my work to get it done before 1pm. Cristian, the installer called me about 10 minutes before he arrived and quickly replaced my windshield. I am extremely thankful they were able to help me out so quickly and get me back on the road. The interaction I had with both employees was very pleasant and professional and the install was great.

And both Debra and Jesse reassured me that they would take good care of me. While Jesse was there, the hubby asked about a chip in his windshield and Jesse took care of that since he was at the house anyway. Chip repair was pretty reasonably priced. From the first call last Monday with Debra to Jesse performing the replacement 2 days later, it was nothing short of a great experience.

The good: I emailed Glass Pros on Thursday, July 21, 2022, to get a quote for a new windshield. I received a quick response and a fair price ($239 installed). They scheduled service for Friday, July 22, 2022, and the technician arrived on time. The technician was friendly and professional and completed the work quickly. I inspected the windshield, verified the rearview mirror was installed, and paid the bill - in cash. Since the technician did a great job installing the windshield, I also included gratuity for the installer. The bad: The next day (Saturday, July 22, 2022), I discovered my turn indicator lever was broken when I drove my truck to an appointment. It was NOT damaged before Glass Pros worked on my vehicle. I contacted Sonny @ Glass Pros via email as soon as I discovered the damage and followed up with a phone call. Sonny was polite on the phone but indicated there was no possible way his tech could have damaged my vehicle. He did agree to speak to the tech and call me on Monday morning. Monday morning came and went, and no word from Sonny. I called him Monday afternoon. After a lengthy conversation with the underlying theme of "no way my guy broke your car," Sonny said he would send his tech out to look at the damage and figure out if they could fix my truck with junkyard parts. Not what I wanted - but I agreed to let the tech look things over but had no intention of letting him work on my truck again. Late Tuesday (July 26, 2022), the technician who installed the windshield and an associate arrived at my business to inspect the damage to my vehicle. The associate translated so the tech could understand as I explained how we identified the damage and showed them what was broken. Again, I learned that there is NO POSSIBLE WAY a glass installer could have damaged my truck. I hoped Sonny would make things right, offer an apology at the very least, or maybe even a partial refund to offset my loss. I didn't receive an apology or a partial refund - what I got was an insinuation that I must be lying. I know the truth, and so does the tech who installed my windshield. I gave up trying to get a resolution from Glass Pros; it was a waste of my time. I will not receive compensation for my loss, and Glass Pros (the Tech or Sonny) will not admit culpability. I have no recourse because I saved them a few bucks by paying in cash. Lesson learned. I gave up this fight - I'll take my lumps, and next time, I'll use a more reputable company for auto glass replacement and pay with a credit card! Your luck with this company might be better than mine, but if you have any problems after the installation - you might be SOL. If you use Glass Pros, Pay with a credit card and inspect your vehicle thoroughly and carefully before you pay!

I write this review for my wife as she is the one who directed us to Best Glass…read more We have an antique table that belonged to my wife's mom. The glass on top of the table broke and we had to replace the glass only thing is the glass was had an intricate design. So we had to find a glass place that could cut an intricate piece of glass. Our first visit was just to go over the details and the lady that works the front desk showed us what glass we should use. We had to return on another day with the table and this one employee came out to trace the design of the table top. I was actually in awe on how he did the tracing. We returned after the glass cutting was completed and had the table with us and sure enough the glass was the design of the table top. We were so pleased with the work and the gentleman who brought the glass out to place the glass on the table was I think in awe of the table and gave him a little bit of history of the table. He wrapped the glass to the table with plastic wrap to keep the glass and table together to transport it home. When we finally got it home we couldn't have been more pleased. Their staff is very accommodating and helpful and I must add very patient too. The cost was reasonable especially considering the cut of the glass has curves. So if you have some glass work to be done try Best Glass.
