We called our sales man who sold us the car (alex mann) and he would never return our calls. We ended up trading it in for a wrangler at galena chrysler. Amazing people to work with would never buy anything anywhere else but galena Chrysler. So we screwed up again and bought another wrangler that i fell in love with at ubersox. My shocks broke through the frame and up through the back trunk! This shouldn't have happened 4 months after buying a $28,000 vehicle. When i went in they told me i didn't have a warranty! Ha! Went home looked at my papers and found a warranty so i went back and showed it to them. The service guys were decent and helpful but the manager derek is a piece of lazy sh!t. He wouldn't even come out and talk to us about our vehicle we purchased through him. They are fixing the issue but i recommend not going to ubersox due to the lazy manager and how they do not stand behind what they say. They definitely do not put you first at ubersox.

After calling a few tow companies who didn't answer and AAA who's said they wouldn't even get to me for about 1 1/2- 2 hours I called Ubersox for help. Randy answered the phone and promptly sent a young man named Phil to rescue me, Phil arrived in minutes removed my blown out tire(my car does not come with a spare tire) and took me back to the dealership to settle the bill while he got a replacement tire for me and then returned me back to my car and replaced the tire. I was on my way within 1/2 hour of the blow out and was eternally grateful for their quick and friendly service!

They cannot fix it cause it's too cold so they told me to come back with a warm and they would make a note of it so it was still covered under warranty. MELISSA VONG basically said F U. If we can't fix it now you're gonna pay for it yourself even though it's not my fault because it's too cold and told me i'd have to buy the extended warranty. The service people even said that they don't think that's fair to me because I brought it in within the warranty period. If I ever treated my customers like that, I wouldn't have a business.

I had a very frustrating experience with McGrath Buick GMC Cadillac in Cedar Rapids, IA…read more I found a Nissan 350Z listed at their Cedar Rapids location and placed an online hold that was advertised as being good for 24 hours. I live about an hour and a half away, so I went to the McGrath dealership in Davenport instead. A salesman there told me he would handle everything and have the car brought down to Davenport for me. After that, I received a call from Russ Beltz at the Cedar Rapids location. I informed him that a Davenport salesman was already assisting me with the purchase. At this point, two salespeople and one manager were aware that I fully intended to buy this vehicle. I was told the car could be brought to Davenport the same day, which never happened. Later, I received a message from Russ Beltz stating that the vehicle had been sold -- despite knowing I was actively trying to purchase it and had been told it was being transferred for me. The lack of communication and follow-through was extremely disappointing, and it felt very unprofessional given the assurances I was given. Overall, this experience wasted my time and left me with no trust in their sales process. I would not recommend this dealership if you expect honesty, coordination between locations, or respect as a serious buyer.

Next text there are supposedly another $3000 repairs. I called for explanation of 3 fuel charges that were the same price and no description. I never received an explanation from Gil or anyone else. I picked up there are 3 or 4 people, again they take my payment no explanation, In this situation, I would hope a Service Manager would explain the repairs and the options. I recently called to get my Tiguan appraised to see if the value justified the repairs or need investigate buying a new car. The Service Manager said I could make an appointment online or he would make the appointment. I ended the call. Do I want to work with a dealership that is clueless as McGrath? As a Sales Person, I would approach this entire Customer Experience differently. I am deciding if it is easier to go to another Volkswagen Dealer that respects me as a customer.

There was a little hiccup although Ryan quickly resolved and even had a driver send a car from Marion to Dubuque for me! Ryan provided information and stayed true to his word - which is refreshing! The only real problem I had was Clay (finance) really pushed an extended warranty. My father and I had said no multiple times. He even brought in another person to try and sell the warranty. I understand trying to sell you something, although this was a little too pushy!! Even with that, I would definitely recommend anyone buying a car to see Ryan and George at McGrath! Overall, great experience!

That was the red flag that I unfortunately ignored due to the fact I had driven 3 hours with a baby to come look at this vehicle. On the way home, it did this shutter a few different times that only got worse the more I drove it. After a month, I finally took it to multiple places to have it looked at and found that it needed a new transmission, timing chain, torque converter, among multiple other costly repairs that totaled more than what I even paid for it. I went to write a bad review on their facebook page only to find that it was no longer a page. Then I went to their website to see that it said "This dealership has no inventory", and then went to the places on their page where reviews can be seen and written and it said "This dealership is no longer available". Then I tried calling their phone number and it is no longer in service. These dirty crooks sold a bunch of crap to innocent people and either got busted or went off the grid before they were caught. I really hope it's the first of the two! How absolutely DISQUISTING! **Beware of Colton Henley and Jasmin Ripoll - Henley** They are CROOKS!

Since I didn't care terribly about stereos and all the bells and whistles etc, I simply drove it and mentally registered the lower mileage. Additionally it was remarkably quieter inside than my 2009 Odyssey even after I spent countless hours sound dampening it. Killer service and even a couple follow up texts from Wade, asking if everything was as it should be. Cool. This marks the second car purchased by my wife and myself. The car I gave them in partial trade in for her car back in 2014 brings back an irritating recollection which blackens out star number 5. Two years after that traded in car was essentially a forgotten bad memory, I received a ticket from the Milwaukee municipal something or other, demanding I pay for a pile of parking tickets accrued prior to the vehicle being towed into car jail. For which they also wanted a ransom paid before I would be given back my car! This was a total of possibly more than the cars trade in worth. As it turned out, Sheopp sold a heap of traded in heaps to a shady used car peddler in or near Milwaukee, and in turn this business never bothered clearing titles etc. a couple angry phone calls and Sheopp again redeemed their image to me, resulting in my recent purchase of my "new to me" Honda Odyssey for which I write these possibly useful, marginally funny and definitely uber-cool words.

Patrick was a sketchy salesman from the start. He told me I couldn't get the car I came to look at. But showed me another car that smelled so bad of cigarettes and had scratches and scuff marks on front bumper. I got so taken advantage of. I know I should of just left but I screwed up. We'll after sitting there all day and paying 2 different amounts of cash and still was over 20,000 for a 2017 honda crv. I started leaking oil. I called. I brought it in to be fixed, they fixed it. I had free oil change so I went to get that. Driving home down the hwy. And I hear what sounds like a bolt drop on on the road, I kept driving. Got closer to home and here metal grinding on the road. Stop at gas station and the plate was hanging down scraping the road. I called from the gas station. The guy was very rude and said it wasn't there problem. So I wrote a review about it. Next day a shop guy calls me and tells to bring it back. So I did so they put a new plate on. Apparently whoever did the oil change didn't tighten the bolts and they fell out. Then in January of 26 the turbo goes out. I bought this car the end of November in 24. I did have a 3 month warranty. So I didn't have to pay for the repairs they did. Now April 26 something is wrong with the turbo again. I had the turbo replaced at a local mechanic shop in my town so I didn't have to drive a hour to Shcoepp motors. So now I need to get ot repaired again. Also I'm in a upside loan so I have to pay it down if I want to get rid of it. So I'm fucked now. Assholes. I not only got ripped off on the price but the mechanics of the vehicle as well. NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM SCHOEPP MOTORS. I didn't even want to give 1 star. But I had to to post this.

I specifically communicated with these individuals regarding a critical title and registration error involving a 2026 Toyota vehicle purchase. Despite clear instructions, the dealership processed documents under the wrong purchaser using an electronic signature workflow without proper disclosure. This error has not been corrected despite repeated notices and escalation to ownership. Current impact (not hypothetical -- already happened) I was issued a citation for driving an unregistered vehicle The Illinois Motor Vehicles Department refused registration due to incorrect title/assignment I am now facing court exposure, penalties, and inability to legally operate the vehicle This harm is directly caused by dealership documentation failure and delay in correction. What makes this serious This is no longer a customer service issue -- it is a compliance and liability issue: Incorrect MSO/title assignment Failure to correct after formal notice Failure to act after foreseeable legal consequences Continued inaction even after damages occurred The dealership has been provided with a standard Illinois correction mechanism (Affirmation of Correction / POA) and has all authority required to fix the issue immediately, yet has not done so. Expectation I am still requesting only one thing: Immediate corrected title or signed Illinois correction document. Warning to buyers Be extremely careful: Verify purchaser name before signing anything Do not rely on electronic signing without review Ensure ownership and title documentation is correct before leaving This situation has escalated unnecessarily due to lack of timely corrective action from dealership ownership. I expect immediate resolution.
