My experience with D.J.'s couldn't have been more professional and pleasant. We bought an older vehicle with very high miles (over 300k.) The price we negotiated was more than fair. They let me drive the vehicle several times. I looked it over top to bottom and went for it. The battery was shot so they replaced that along with all the clamps for free after we negotiated the price. They had me sign the "as-is" document. Mark explained the meaning to me, that there would be no returns and no "Lemon Law" benefits. I had my eyes wide open. I've been driving the beast as a daily driver for going on 5 months now and am exceedingly happy. The vehicle has ended up (so far, knock on wood) with only one pretty significant "wart" that I'm working on fixing (that they couldn't likely have even known existed). I'll be able to fix it (to the tune of about 25% of my purchase price) and still be way ahead of the book value on this vehicle. I am a very satisfied customer and wouldn't have a problem referring friends. It's a used car lot. They sell used cars.

I got a jump from a hero and was able to get over to Tuffy. They fit me in with no appointment - and quickly! They were informative and quick. I left happy with a new battery and confident that my alternator and starter were fine. I was able to make my gig a couple of hours away and get back home. Fast forward to Sunday morning with a dead car in my driveway. Come to find out that the tech didn't clean off the corrosion on the leads from the previously bad battery and they didn't tighten down the negative either! As I was driving to the Audi dealer I received a phone call from the general manager saying that I am always mad and he Milo get wants me to come to the business. And he was calling to make sure I did not write a bad review or as he said blow them up online. I explained that they have been trying to fix the same issues multiple times and that is why I am in a bad mood. So a couple months have gone by and I did not write any reviews but I am now because I was having work done at the neighboring mechanic shop and they noticed I was missing a lug nut They said to go next door to euro and buy one. I went o er there and the manager came out and said he would not sell me a lug nut and told me to go somewhere else. Said he does not want to do business with me. So my families safety was definitely not a concern for him. This used to be a good company but the new manager is not a good person. I will add that the service manager D.J. is a great person and the only reason I have stayed doing business with them this long and bought a second vehicle. I trust D.J. and believe he tried to do the best he could with what the company allowed.
