He also shook my husband's hand and told him he would get us a check to pick up soon. A week goes by and we hear nothing. I email him and he tells me that the $ 700 check will go to the finance company. He never told us that was going to happen. So he lied to us when he said he was getting us a check. Also, they put the incorrect VIN on all of the paperwork so we had to go back in and sign all of that again. When we took the vehicle in for the clear coat, apparently there was a recall on the OnStar switch. No one said a word to us about that when we picked it up. We found out when we got a call that our recall part was in and we needed to schedule time to have the service done. The communication is horrible. I have called and left a message for the general manager to contact me. CRICKETS.. No one wants to deal with you once they have your money. Once the sale is made, no one cares.
