Great experience! We were there to purchase a new motor. Unfortunately the transom on our boat was rotted so bad they wouldn't install a new motor . Went back and inspected and sure enough where the old motor was there was a crack in the aluminum and the core was pretty messed up. Needles to say the boat was shot. It was a 1990 we had bought in January and never knew how bad it was. Brandon felt really bad about giving me the news, but I appreciated the honesty. With that said we decided to purchase new and Brandon took the time to get us the boat we wanted. To top it off they transferred my graphs, trolling motor, 10 gallons of fuel I just purchased, Bimini top and heading sensor. Got a great deal on the boat!!! I just recently had my boat in for some upgrades, had them install a Bob's hydraulic jack plate and some Raptors. After seeing the way the wires were run so poorly and the hydraulic lines drilled through my boat when they didn't need to be I was immediately disappointed. Upon further inspection I noticed the lid to the compartment where the pumps are does not close all the way as they did not get the tub all the way back flat before riveting back into place. As I was climbing around back of boat I noticed a long dent in the lid that covers the gas tank and batteries. You can tell the linkage from motor caused it, must have dropped in on the deck while installing the jack plate. Its horrible they would not show this to me and hope I just don't notice. My boat is a 2022 so it's pretty new, this is a 9000 dollar upgrade and 4000 was paid to them. The Raptors I purchased directly from Minn Kota as it was the only way to get the color I wanted. My steering is so tight it was dangerous trying to steer yesterday and that will need to be taken care of immediately before using on the river. It took three weeks for the work and two months for them to finally secure the parts I prepaid for. There are other scratches here and there from removing the motor, in all it's a pretty poor job and they were clearly out of their league on a job like this. I would not recommend them for anything beyond very basic stuff at this point. I hate leaving bad reviews like this but other people need to be warned ahead of time. Boat motor would not run right. Took to Mills marine they said motor needed rebuilt. 8 months later and $3100 later still doesn't run right. They installed piston in wrong side. Port side piston in starboard side. Every time it was taken back it was always something else. Stay away. 30 years of defrauding the public. read more
