They cannot fix it cause it's too cold so they told me to come back with a warm and they would make a note of it so it was still covered under warranty. MELISSA VONG basically said F U. If we can't fix it now you're gonna pay for it yourself even though it's not my fault because it's too cold and told me i'd have to buy the extended warranty. The service people even said that they don't think that's fair to me because I brought it in within the warranty period. If I ever treated my customers like that, I wouldn't have a business.

I had a very frustrating experience with McGrath Buick GMC Cadillac in Cedar Rapids, IA…read more I found a Nissan 350Z listed at their Cedar Rapids location and placed an online hold that was advertised as being good for 24 hours. I live about an hour and a half away, so I went to the McGrath dealership in Davenport instead. A salesman there told me he would handle everything and have the car brought down to Davenport for me. After that, I received a call from Russ Beltz at the Cedar Rapids location. I informed him that a Davenport salesman was already assisting me with the purchase. At this point, two salespeople and one manager were aware that I fully intended to buy this vehicle. I was told the car could be brought to Davenport the same day, which never happened. Later, I received a message from Russ Beltz stating that the vehicle had been sold -- despite knowing I was actively trying to purchase it and had been told it was being transferred for me. The lack of communication and follow-through was extremely disappointing, and it felt very unprofessional given the assurances I was given. Overall, this experience wasted my time and left me with no trust in their sales process. I would not recommend this dealership if you expect honesty, coordination between locations, or respect as a serious buyer.

We had great scores and had never as so much missed a payment in the decade or so we had been a member. We were declined. When asking why the loan officer even seemed surprised . So off we went and were approved by 2 other local banks in the process and bought out house. A couple years later we were purchasing a new vehicle and they denied us again. After a local disaster they contacted us about taking a small personal loan to cover expenses from the storm (Under $5k) we said sure and were declined again which we also took care of with another bank. I finally asked why we were abandoned by the bank we had such a experience with. We were told they basically used to loan to anyone and now will only loan to perfect circumstances due to management changes. This bank is now run for expansion which is evident by all the new branches popping up. With not only this but now fees for so much it makes Wells Fargo look like a good deal we finally moved everything to another bank. There are WAY better options out there now in the area. Greenstate and Dupaco for credit unions are far superior to what FF has turned into.
