Greeted with a smile, easy check in as a new patient, wait time was excellent and short, Robin who took all important medical information from RX information, allergies to surgical information was excellent. Top notch care quality. Tests were done that I never ever had done. Dr. Shaheen was communicative, a good listener, reviewed all my test results. Pressure check was somewhat of a concern and prescribed a stronger eye drop to reduce the pressure in my eyes. I have to return in a month to have my pressure rechecked to see if the pressure has improved. Overall, my office visit as a New Patient was above and beyond. Walked in to the nice smell of candle and saw shelves of jewelry right in front of me past an old rustic table. I'm home! I spent an hour going through all the rooms and chatting it up with the friendly clerk, came out with some treasures. In summary: this is my new favorite vintage store in Cleveland! It's a former florist where they grew all their own flowers so the building is big and has a country and shabby chic appeal. The style in here is an interesting mix of cool retro vintage, shabby country, and newer things that go with having a cool lifestyle. Their handmade soaps are the cheapest prices i've seen around town. I love that so much recycled and repurposed things are here: it's not just a place for gifts (for yourself or others), but i'm finding practical things too (I've been here three times total since I first walked in this January). It's the kind of place where you'll see a shelf of interesting old and weird books next to brand new quirky cookbooks, a rack of nice jewelry calling out at you, then around the corner there's some amazing old stoves and shelves of retro kitchen stuff and 60's barware, and before you know it you're planning to redo your living room with mid-century decor and cool painted furniture while you stock up on great rock records. My contact lenses got sent back by one of the people who received my package due to some issues at…read morethe mailing office so I never got it. I contacted the staff so they could help me locate the sender since they were the one that ordered those contacts. At first, they said I didn't even order anything and couldnt find my record. I called them again and they said it had nothing to do with them and couldn't help me, I would have to contact USPS. How come the staff didn't know where they were ordering from? It didn't make sense. I tried to explain to them again that being a customer, I had limited ability but they still replied with the same answer. The USPS customer service was no help either. After going through all kinds of troubles, finally, I figured a way to contact the Walmart vision center customer service headquarter myself and got a replacement. There are different levels of customer services in a company and they could have had solved this issue. I didn't know why they did not try to contact the headquarter or some sort of upper management to solve the issue. Obviously, if I could get in touch with the headquarter, the local vision center could do the same too. It was just a matter of willingness.
