Top notch care quality. Tests were done that I never ever had done. Dr. Shaheen was communicative, a good listener, reviewed all my test results. Pressure check was somewhat of a concern and prescribed a stronger eye drop to reduce the pressure in my eyes. I have to return in a month to have my pressure rechecked to see if the pressure has improved. Overall, my office visit as a New Patient was above and beyond. Almost everyone of them caused my anxiety to be sky high and I was not able to see as well. He talked to me and got me to relax. I was sick with covid and was in the hospital in 2021 and he would call and check to see how I was doing. I cried because I never had a doctor care so much about me. He involves me in the decision about my eye care. If I would have ever met him before I had my eye surgery I would never have had my eye surgery.
