The lady told me that I should take another eye exam, because if the glasses came for my old prescription AFTER the expiration, they couldn't legally give me the glasses - which sounds like total BS. I looked it up when they were on the phone with another customer, and those associates do indeed get commission for scheduling new eye appointments. I felt completely taken for. Will not be returning again. I feel like the customer interaction is sub-par at best, and that isn't even saying a whole lot.

They billed my insurance for the glasses which they received over $200 from them then sent the 5 charges of different exams to my medical and ended up sending me a bill for $275 more. I tried fighting it. But the attorney and the Medina courts are on very friendly terms. That in itself should have told me how many ppl they have swindled out of their money I have worked for the same place for 15 years with the same vision benefits. This has been the only eye doctor that I have had to pay more out of pocket expenses after the fact!!!! I was in this office once for 15 minutes and and it cost me out of pocket almost $700 for an eye exam and 1 pair of glasses. Moved to Medina but found Milburn optometrist (eye clinic) was not really a "family" oriented place as I imagined. It is high-pressure with sales,especially when I mentioned options were not great and prices high so I would just be getting the normal eye exam. Deceitfully charged me for a "medical" exam without my knowledge. This created many headaches, more cost out of pocket, and they were unapologetic throughout process. I see this happens with other (on BBB) but because they don't allow reviews, it seems like a good place at first sight. Unfortunately they lost what could have been a life long client.

The parking is adequate and the variety of permanent stores inside is perfect. They have a beautiful space and hosting different events is definitely a way to keep people coming back. It looks like they are doing some renovations on one part of the building so we will certainly be back to check it out again soon!
