They were confident their Zeiss lab -- in Kentucky or Germany -- could handle it, and they were absolutely right. I chose a pair of fantastic blue frames that really complement my face and style. For years my lenses have been thick, but Eye Candy was able to use 1.74 glass lenses that are the thinnest I've ever had. They took a bit longer since they were made in Germany, but the first-time quality was perfect. I'm over the moon with my new glasses. Outstanding service, expertise, and results. Stopped in the store late June, and had great customer service from both the manager, Racquel (sp?) and Kelsey. Explained our situation and we were offered both of our glasses replaced with new ones at no charge, unless the new frame we chose was a higher cost. Neither of them were, so we walked out with new glasses ordered! Our new glasses are perfect! They were awesome, and so concerned that we were satisfied. It took them three attempts and weeks to get the bi focal placement right in the lenses. Final straw was today I broke the arm of my sunglasses..not the frame at all the frame and lenses are perfect I took them up to the store expecting to be able to order and pay for a new arm. It's literally held on by a small screw! I was told somewhat rudely tonight that I'll have to have my lenses put into new frames they don't order parts for glasses. I'm done with this place. Do yourself a favor and go to Warby Parker like I should have. And will in the future.

I'm officially gonna be getting bifocals which she answered all my questions about. The store was clean and decorated for Valentine's Day. They did not try to sell me into higher price glasses and every employee I interacted with was nice. I didn't find any glasses but I will be back to this location for my exam in two years.
