Top notch care quality. Tests were done that I never ever had done. Dr. Shaheen was communicative, a good listener, reviewed all my test results. Pressure check was somewhat of a concern and prescribed a stronger eye drop to reduce the pressure in my eyes. I have to return in a month to have my pressure rechecked to see if the pressure has improved. Overall, my office visit as a New Patient was above and beyond. Quick update: I…read morereceived my glasses after using the prescription from Dr. Ty Miller and found that I could not see out of them. I went back and he wasn't there that day, and was told I'd have to come back to talk to him. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to and they said, "no and that is have to wait." I asked for that policy in writing and what do you know I'm able to see a different doctor who's there. After getting my eyes checked again it's discovered that my prescription was drastically off and needed to be changed so that I could see. It was explained that Dr. Ty Miller probably wanted to increase the prescription little by little, which is why he gave me the one he did. I explained that that decision should have been discussed with me first rather than him just deciding on my behalf. He never told me he'd need to gradually increase my prescription, even further I need them for driving so why would that even be a suggestion?!?! I was frustrated and I'm done with any Lens Crafters moving forward.

And as a first time customer looking to purchase frames, a sign-in sheet doesn't rule out a "Hello" or "Welcome. I was told by the young lady doing my examination that I had a small cataract in one eye. Nothing to be concerned about. Well, I went to a different, well respected optometrist only to find out I have one of the worst stages of cataracts. Not only that, my glasses were made totally wrong.
