I was seen quickly and was greeted by a professional, friendly, and calming staff. I hate eye anything as I'm super sensitive, but I will gladly return here. The retina specialist gave me a thorough exam, laid out all my options, and the risks vs. benefits of each. They managed to inform without scaring the crap out of me and allowed me to make my own informed decision. Once I ripped the bandaid off and pulled up my big girl panties, they completed an inpatient procedure within minutes. No fuss, no wait, no chance to wuss out. Trust me, that is a good thing. They literally saved my sight, allowing me to continue to work and be a productive person. No joke. I'm not done on my journey, but they are walking me through it, and I have faith in them.
