They were the ONLY place I could find that would fit lenses on a special frame I already had. I had Airsoft/ski goggles with special frame inserts. They were happy to take care of my needs and exceeded my expectations. I have since had them do custom work like this again and have always been extremely happy with not only the results but the experience. Today I had a lens fall out on my sunglasses. I did not buy them here. My warranty has run out at the local chain store I got them from a few years back. I just thought they deserved my business after my previous interactions and brought them here. They gladly fixed them for me and absolutely refused payment. I actually tried.... (it's quick turnaround if they have the lenses in stock). We got texts letting us know and when we got the third text we headed back to pick them up. They noticed some sort of issue with one pair in the meantime and were already remaking them when we arrived so we waited a few more minutes but we are happy they caught the issue before we left. They told me that they would have given me the same prescription. The problem apparently is with the lab. The front office personnel tried several times to adjust the frames to no avail. I finally quit wearing the new ones and went back to my old ones. My old ones were pretty much equal for distance which begs the question: did I really need new glasses at all? Also, if I can see my computer and read clearly with my old glasses, why can't their lab make comparable lenses? Basically, I wasted $1000. I would recommend them for an exam, but take your prescription elsewhere to have your lenses made.

I tell her I have VSP and they have accepted it before. She then tells me that they will take it but I will have to do all the work to submit my claim. I then pull up the website and read to her that's not what the website says it says it's out of network but you still take the benefit and help submit the claim on my behalf.
