I found this optometrist on Groupon and I can tell you he did NOT disappoint!!…read more He was very understanding that I was running a little behind, came out and greeted me and let me know that there was going to be a little wait. When I was going in for the fitting the doctor was very informative in letting me know the findings, what's best for my eye as far as contacts and not only fit me for the regular but also colored contacts. Once it was time to try on the contacts one of the front desk helped me and made sure I was doing it right and the doctor even had me wait to check on the contacts and make sure they were comfortable. He supplied me with a few dailies and a follow up appointment as well as coupons for eye drops he recommended for my itchy and dry eyes!! My wife purchased two pairs of glasses from this shop--one regular pair and one pair of sunglasses…read more While the regular glasses were fine, the sunglasses had issues from the very beginning, as the lenses frequently came loose. Because of this, we had to visit the shop at least five times for repairs. When the problem persisted, I requested a lens replacement. At that time, the shop explained that they would insert a special material between the frame and the lenses to solve the issue once and for all. They also promised that if the same problem happened again, they would replace the entire set of lenses. All of this was handled within the warranty period. However, when the same issue occurred again recently and we visited the shop, we were told that a replacement was no longer possible because the warranty period had expired. This was very disappointing, as there had been a clear promise that the lenses would be replaced if the issue recurred. From a customer's perspective, it felt as though the trust we had placed in the shop's word had been broken. I am writing this review not simply to express dissatisfaction, but in the hope that other customers will not experience the same inconvenience. I also sincerely hope that this shop will place greater value on keeping promises made to customers and maintaining trust in its business practices. By listening carefully to even small inconveniences and responding responsibly when problems arise, the shop has an opportunity to earn greater trust and positive feedback from its customers.
