She isn't pushy with new or different products, like I've experienced in the past. She is kind, personable, and listens to you. She doesn't rush you out the door either. This is irresponsible and reckless, and I could not believe that a MEDICAL facility where close contact to the eyes, nose and mouth is their business would, after over 1 year of a pandemic, be so tone-deaf. I guess they are catering to the science deniers and don't want to lose the customers who don't believe in masks. I have since had a visit at Eye Site in Allen and I was very impressed with their risk management practices: only one patient in at a time, doors locked until you call, temperature screening at the entrance, double masking from the associates, mandatory masks for the patients, protective screens at every risk area, hand sanitizing required at every step.
