I've gotten my brows done for a year at this place now so a review is quite overdue - 5 stars. Every damn time. Kushum takes one look and she knows exactly what fits your face perfectly. You can always ask for how you want it, but at this point, I just want in and she knows exactly how to make my brows the best. read more

Namuna is awesome. She is very professional, her quality of work is great! I highly recommend you ask for Namuna. Eyebrow plus is comfortable and very clean read more

My second time here. Clean and comfortable. Amazing location. Skilled to do men's eyebrows too! Thank you Kusum and Asheka.

I got eyebrows and upper lip done. I'm happy about how my eyebrows turned out, so this review is mostly about my upper lip wax. For Upper Lip, she waxed and threaded the hair. In that process, she accidentally tore the skin on my lip. I would NOT recommend getting a wax or anything here before a big event. read more

Very good service. I like that you can make online appointments easily. They have done a good job with my eyebrows, and I've been going to them for more than a year. A little expensive but worth the consistency in quality. Also the space is clean as well. read more

It's not often I come across one- and two- star places, but save yourself the trip and go to European Wax Center instead. I made an appointment for an eyebrow wax online, as a first-time customer. When I sat down, my technician started preparing to thread my eyebrows, despite me booking a wax. I had to tell her to stop and was pressured into getting threaded several more times, even though I kept saying I only wanted a wax. There was no hello, no introduction, and the wax job was so bad, I could've done it myself. You would think this person never waxed before. The technician I booked with wasn't even working that day, and no one was wearing gloves or using new or clean materials. They were nice and the prices are affordable compared to other places. I am sure they didn't men to deliver a bad experience, but I would keep driving past this place. read more

First of all the place is severely understaffed. I had to wait for an hour and half to get my facial done. I also did my eyebrows and it hurt too much at that time but it is after coming back home I noticed that I had cuts on both my eyelids and now they are showing up like tiny red dots. I have a party tomorrow and simply don't know how to hide the marks. During the facial, she used the suction for pulling out the blackheads that left 2 ugly blotches on my face and nose. When I asked about it, the lady very casually said it will go away tomorrow but it's still there. So save yourself a trip to this horrific place. Above all of this their services are extremely expensive! While you can easily get your eyebrows done for anything between 12-15 dollars, this place charges 20 dollars. Absolutely not worth it, I'm never going again. read more

Edit 12/5: the owner did reach out to confirm if this review is accurate and for the correct business. It most definitely is. Do not come here! I have gone here a few times hoping my experience would improve but unfortunately that's not the case due to 2 main reasons: 1.) unprofessional workers: every time I enter the facility I am INCREDIBLY clear that I just need my brows done. However after she finishes threading my eyebrows, she'll ask me if I want other areas threaded. I get annoyed every time by this question. I have also received a question along the lines of "did you do your own eyebrows before? They look bad" I was taken aback by these intrusive and rude questions. Never wasting another dollar here. 2.) long wait times: I've had to wait nearly 30 minutes to get my eyebrows done, even when there was no one in front of me. When I went, there were 2 workers and 2 customers (including myself). The other customer was being extremely picky and was very unsatisfied with her eyebrows. The lady doing my brows had to switch over to the idiot customer and I was left waiting unattended for 20 minutes with only one eyebrow complete. I felt so unvalued. Never have I ever felt so unappreciated in my life at a business I don't know why I would continue to come back to this unprofessional business. 10/10 would NOT recommend. read more

Patty did a terrible job on my eyebrows. She told me to grow them out, even though they were grown out. I have sparse eyebrows but she was instructing me like i dont know my own face. She finished threading in less than 2 mins. There was no shape and when i asked her to fix it, she fixed one. There were extra hairs all over and cuts. Never letting patty touch my face again If you're going to come here, the only person you should trust is priti. She will take her time to make sure the shape is perfect read more

I am not really into writing reviews, but I think others should also benefit from a prefessional as I do. I wouldn't trust my eye brows to anyone but Ilaha! She is very fast (which is important to me) and detail oriented. She carefully listens to client's wishes and checks with them throughout the process. Definetely recommend her! read more

Threading was very bad - didn't even clean up properly and left a ton of stray hairs all over the eyebrows / upper lip area. Had to get it fixed afterward. Also charged much more than other places. Do not recommend - go somewhere where they know how to thread because it doesn't seem like they know how to here. read more

Ashika threads my eyebrows and removes upper lip hair. I am soooo picky with my eyebrows and the fact that she does it just right says a lot. Not too thin or too thick, shapes them well, is super nice. There's nothing I don't like about this place. Highly recommend Ashika, she's good at everything :) read more

I will leave this review based on my experience. Rude , not friendly. Honestly, my gf will never back here. And I know they don't care. Anyway more customers will come and will leave too. It is easy to be cordial and friendly. read more

Was at Westfield and waiting for something to be ready, so I did a quick search to see if I could get my brows done during that down time. I came across this place and took my chances -- and I'm so glad I did! I hadn't had my brows cleaned up in months and the ladies here brought my brows back to life. The shape is perfect. Everyone was so nice and sweet, and I appreciated them checking in occasionally to see if I was happy with how it looked. Everyone wore masks, there was plenty of sanitizing in between steps, and I felt safe overall. There was no wait on a Saturday afternoon, and drop in was fine. The other salon in the mall is a touch less expensive, but I liked that this one focused on brow services. read more

Kushum absolute brow wiz, does not disappoint!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone

Went in yesterday to get my brows threaded. I used to visit the location at Valleyfair. This was my first time to the new location and it's beautiful! I've been there 3 times today alone. Not because anything is wrong but because I came into get henna done from Patty and I brought both my kids back independently. Patty is amazing. She does such detailed work and really make you feel comfortable. She really cares for her customers. She even used the hair dryer to dry each of the designs to make sure the designs completely dried. She does facials, massage and other services too. I can't wait to try her out for some other services! read more

Absolute go to for me. I come every week and am greeted and helped very quickly. If there's a wait, it's only 5 MAYBE 10 min at the max. The ladies here do fantastic work and are so so sweet. Their package deals are the way to go. You'll save $ and also not have to worry about paying every time. Sometimes I come in after grocery shopping just for a touch up. read more

One and only the best place in this town to me, I don't know most of the employees there but for me Kushum is the best one, whenever I visit here, I don't need to say anything, she should do it by herself, I highly recommend this place to everyone. Wowoo amazing read more

Patty is Amazing!! I have tried this place a couple times but the first couple times I didn't get her & didn't love my brows. Now that I had Patty I won't ever go to a different girl. Trust me when I say go to Patty! read more

Soft opening and Patty greeted me with open arms!!! Offering water , snacks, and very very friendly. Truly an amazing person when it comes to threading ! She makes sure the client (you) know the proper hand placement for a less painful experience. Patty asked if I wore contacts/if I had lash extensions due to safety pro cautions, no other employee has asked that before. Patty remembered me from my very first experience and that was such a pleasant surprise. This woman deserves all the praise and acknowledgment from her customers and management! I'm a regular here for eyebrows and have had good experience 95% of the times depending on who is doing it. I recently got my nails done here by Ilaha (Also did my eyebrow threading). So this place is perfect for eyebrows, but as far as hair services they SUCK! Went for cut, highlights, and the lady did not know why she was doing. first session my hair turned orange so she did again, I was there for almost 8 hours and paid $300 for a severe burnt scalp and a messed up cut. not happy so I went in the next day to complain and was given $25 gift certificate so not happy read more

This place has been opened for 3 days and the location is amazing! Patty is the only one here and she gets the job done! Eyebrows are so clean! The new location is huge! So much space for eyebrow threading, waxing, nails, spa planning to all begin within the next month. Place is very clean. Everything sanitized! Customer bathrooms available! Lots of parking. No hassle! They are located directly in front of Stevens Creek Kia. The intersection is Harold Ave. Just 2.5 blocks away from Valley Fair. Incredible job! Amazing customer service! Will definitely come back! read more

The threading was very painful and horrible, she made my eyebrows on one side way too thin. During the whole time she kept asking personal questions like if I had a job and when I was going to apply for one. This was after I had told her multiple times that I was a student at UC Santa Cruz. She still persisted to ask if I had job after that. Then without asking, she starts to thread the hairs on my face, which I did not want her to do. At the end when she rang me up, she tried to sign me up for a membership to this place for $75 a month!! I told her to take that off my bill. Then she told me that because she did my face it was $45 total. This was a service I did not ask for her to do, but I was already put up with arguing with her and I just payed it. When it got to the tip part she looked at it and watched me pick the options which I felt was rude, I gladly pressed zero. She gave me a dirty look, but I didn't care. After this was all said and done I have in-grown hairs all over my cheeks now. I will never be going back to this place again. read more

If I could receive a refund for the balance of my pre-paid package I would stop going here. The salon does not have consistent stylists, which sucks because they all thread differently. Ultimately, I'm giving a poor rating because I came in for a cleanup last night and the stylist removed the entire ends of my eyebrows! When a client is going in for a cleanup, you shouldn't reshape and definitely shouldn't remove excessive amounts of hair. A cleanup means I like my shape and length, and just need the outliers removed If the stylist wasn't sure what a cleanup looked like for me then she should have asked. read more

I don't like writing reviews, but honestly dont let kushum do your eyebrows. I had bad experiences with her, she acts like she understands your requests and does the opposite of what asked her NOT to do! I literally explained myself clearly to not curve my eyebrows and what does she do curves them. Its so annoying to have to deal with this!! I been coming here for years the other workers actually listen but this one is something else! seeing these reviews from others im not surprised! she needs to be trained or get fired! read more

Located on the top floor by the forever 21 at Valley Fair Mall, Eyebrow Plus is a hidden gem on a little corner. I've come to Eyebrow Plus (Amiri) since I moved to the bay and they've never disappointed. I know the offer other services than eyebrows such as hair, but I only do my eyebrows threading here. They are exceptional and super quick. The most I've ever waited here has been ten minutes. They're also pretty quick and threading it but if you find it too quick and rushed then let them know if there's anything they missed. I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted by Patty. Her work is precise. She's friendly and energetic. This was my first time getting them tinted, and I was pleased with the outcome. The threading took about 10 min, and the tint about 20 min. The color filled my eyebrows a bit more and yet, still look natural, which was what I wanted. She can also make them more bold, if that's your preference. Just communicate that to her. If you plan on going on swimming, let her know that, so she can adjust the tint so they last longer. The tint can last 1-2 weeks. read more

Best eyebrow threading service! Super quick and perfect every time. Ilaha is the best.

Waited at the entrance for 15 minutes waiting for a customer to finish. The man who was servicing was the only one present at the location. I patiently wait for my turn, then this lady behind me falls in line behind me.. totally normal. The worst part about this is the man didn't even acknowledge me when I was waiting, then took in the Indian lady behind me and spoke Hindi as if I wasn't there or next. I asked if she had an appointment and he said no. So I politely I asked if I could go first because I was there first anyways and I called in before hand to double check if I needed an appointment or if I could just walk in. I don't know if this guys is unintentionally racist, or just terrible at running his business but I highly do not recommend this place. They really do a terrible job with customer service, and the employee working today Wednesday (3/09/21) is an asshole. I've been to multiple places and usually the case is simple. You wait your turn and get your service done. In this business case I just hope they get their shit together because I don't care if I'm not Indian.. service the NEXT person in line. read more
